They tried to change the sticker price of an item I was checking out by 280% claiming it was mislabeled. Wouldnt honor the price it was displayed at. Rude manager, handled the situation disgustingly. Don't waste your time here.

Just dont! Skip to the next stores, they overprice you & remove the labels on the items you bring to the counter. When we saw our receipt it was totally different prices. Two mugshots for 55$ ! Ridiculous! Smh never going again

This place is so weird in the best way possible. They had Big Bang Theory playing on a TV full blast next to the fresh fudge counter and country music on the overhead speakers jammin’. Lots of gift options for all your Texas needs. Shirts, jewelry, figurines, salsa, etc. Super nice people! Take a look around because there’s some interesting stuff!

My husband and I bought some fudge at this shop. The lady who makes the fudge has such a sunshine personality. There were so many flavors to choose from.The Cappuccino fudge was delicious!

Spend your money elsewhere. The staff is unfriendly. Bought some items and was charged a higher price because I used a credit card. Although that in itself wasn't the problem. Many places do that. The issue was that they don't inform you. I found out after the fact when they rudely told me we have a sign. Except the sign is on a 3 x 3 card off to the side of the counter and difficult to notice. The customer service is nonexistent. They can barely look you in the eye during any interaction. So I repeat...Rude. Unfriendly. Go to one of the many other shops that are there. You will see the difference in service and care.

this store is fun to look thru and has a decent variety in knickknacks/souvenirs. definitely gets busy. prices are a bit steep.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️Staff goes above and beyond and are genuinely thankful for your business. This place has beautiful cow hide, great gifts, souvenirs, and decor for your home. I moved from Fort Worth to Kansas City 2 years ago. When I come back to visit I definitely make time to stop in, it feels like home. Definitely visit the stock yards and stop at Texas Hot Stuff you won’t be disappointed!!!!

The lady behind the counter tonight seemed annoyed that we came in right before closing time. The guy at the register said the lady sanitized already and he’d have to ask if she would pack the fudge up. If you don’t want to serve anymore then put your closed sign up and lock the door, no need to be rude. Brought my family who are here all the way from New Zealand to my fave spots and was disappointed with the rude service. Will not be back here.
