Very nice hotel, rooms are a little dated but cleans. The evening reception is very good, I liked the complimentary veggies with hummus.
The breakfast was absolutely great. Joey, the chef prepared me an omelette that was better than in 90% of restaurants and freshly made.

We have stayed here many time and doesn't disappoint. We allways enjoy the manger happy hour and the breakfast. Rooms are allways clean never have a problem.

The photos had a pool and hot tub. Totally disappointed it was gone. No coffee in the room. Creamer was bad. Hotel staff was very pleasant.

Great rooms with lots of space, great breakfast, large gym that has a nice view, walkable to many things in the area, best hotel in downtown fort worth. Really great customer service as well!

This hotel does NOT have a pool! I repeat, NO POOL! I chose this hotel for its proximity to the event we were attending, but even more so for the pool for the kids. The pool has been permanently closed per the staff, but this was not clear when I booked back in April. Needless to say, my kids were extremely disappointed. The hotel is nice otherwise, but if you are looking for a pool for the kids, this is not the place.
The evening reception was fun, and Kim who was tending the bar was awesome!
Love the made to order breakfast!

The TVs are a bit outdated, you would need to bring something to stream to them. The windows were dirty and looked into a barren inner section. The service was good, and the location is great

I’ve stayed here two or three times and every time I’m blown away by the customer service. Specifically this time- My wife and I needed our room real early and Emily made it happen. She was so polite and had a room ready for us.

Great location right downtown. The rooms were a little dated especially for the price you pay and the valet parking was very slow. If you're on a time schedule plan about 15-20mins ahead.

Rooms we just ok and needs updating. They were clean. Had a hard time flushing the stool. Ice machine out of order on our floor so had to go find on another floor. Pool out of order and was one of the reasons we booked there. No vending machines to grab a . The breakfast was excellent and they had a cook bar to order omelets the way you wanted. Breakfast variety was good, fruits, cereals,meats,breads

Unfortunately, for the Embassy suites DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH, this was horrible. The windows in our room haven’t been cleaned in I don’t know when.The couches are dated. The USB ports for phones are dated. The bed was dated. The bathroom was extra small and not clean yikes. P.S. the lobby had a foul sewage odor. You can’t make this stuff up. Please believe every statement is true. Also valet
parking is $50.00 which wouldn’t be bad if everything else added up. #ijs
