I bought an expensive toilet brush and plunger duo from this established several years ago. Didn't use it until i bought a house less than 3 years ago. The brush part snapped off from the handle. I haven't had this item that long; waited a while b4 using it!!!! Smdh

I made 2 transactions during my b day month (on 11/23) hoping i could find something 2 use my coupon on! I took my items 2 my car, cuz when i buy big and bulky items, there will b no assistance bringing the item 2 the register or 2 your car. I had 2 put the wheels on my 8 drawer tower just 2 check out the 1st time! I sat in my hot car looking at their website. I went back in. The blk lady with the blond ponytail and partially shaven head said i could use my b day coupon on simple human items. Course when i rang up 2 items from that brand, there was no way 2 use my b day coupon. I'd have 2 return by Dec 2nd 2 use it. They're located about 10 miles down hulen from my house in Crowley! Also, this same woman described above when i 1st walked in, i asked her a question about their card. she looked right at me and walked away without trying 2 answer the question! Your stores r 2 few and far away, your items way 2 pricy 4 this poor service.

Every time I go to pick up an order and I select that I’m in my car they never come out to bring it to me. I have to wait for so long before walking inside and seeing 4 employees doing nothing and ask for my pickup order. It’s so frustrating!

Spent thousands here last year on Elfa shelving and totes. One or my totes got a broken lid. Came back to buy a replacement lid, brought my broken one with me, and it turns out they won't sell you just a lid. Would have to spend $19 to buy the whole new tote. What a stupid policy and waste of plastic. Really poor customer service on their part

We had a multiple issues installing the Elfa Shelving system that we had purchased from the Hulen location. This was not our first purchase of the Elfa system, but this time it was a nightmare. We were ready to write off The Container Store, but the Store Mgr, Carlos addressed all of our issues and immediately repaired the situation. He was very cordial and apologetic and most importantly listened to our complaints & then went out of his way to compensate for all the issues. It was the best customer service we have seen anywhere. We have to applaud how fairly we were treated. He restored our confidence in The Container Store. It was such refreshing to see such great customer service when it is missing in so many retail stores. Thank you Carlos! We will continue to patronize The Container Store because how of your response to our issues.

Could spend hours in here. Something for almost anything you may need. They also do custom orders if you don't find the size you need. Outstanding selection of things you don't see in regular stores. Very neat and organized and staff so willing to help

well they do have containers but they cannot contain your pokemon cards as the store does not contain any pokemon card containers. oh well

one word—WHAT THE FAWWKKKKKK!!!! this place is amazing!!! the name was straightforward but did not properly prepare me for the insane amount of container. one was so big you could use it as a coffin if you so chose to be cost efficient! did not find what i was looking for but was instead blessed with a WILD ADVENTURE BEYOND ANYTHING YOUR IMAGINATION COULD CONJURE!

you know what, who even needs containers anyways? we'll, if u do, don't get them from here :( they're so expensive but they look cool I guess, but kinda pointless. if u want containers just like, get rid of the stuff u need to put in a container

Love stuff The Container Store sells! Customer service is hit or miss. Placed an online order for curbside pickup.
First, the confirmation said everything was available in-store. 2nd confirmation said, ooops, sorry! Your items won't be ready for pick up for 5 days. After several additional confirmation changes, my order was ready.
When i went to the store for pick-up, I checked in, and the system said someone would be out shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting in their marked curbside pickup area, i went inside. Only to be told by one associate that they had no such order for me to pickup, and didn't see my order in the system.
I went back to my car to double check my confirmation and location, etc.... went back into the store and spoke with a different associate, who had my order sitting neatly bagged on the counter at checkout!
I definitely prefer to order online with shipping or buy in-store.

Long story short, I came in and asked for 2' x 16 ventilated shelves and the brackets. I left with the correct size brackets, but the shelves were 2'x20. So the next day, (today) I came back to exchange for the correct size shelves. The wrong size shelves I returned were unblemished shelves. The shelves they gave me, which I did not notice till I got home, are like this... see pictures.
Jagged edges, and damaged paint.
So now I have to go back AGAIN.
To say that I am extremely upset is an understatement. I do not live close by! And I do NOT enjoy driving in 5'oclock traffic, and wasting more of my gas for this unnecessary and incompetent fiasco!
I have my own business! Small but still. And before selling anyone Anything, I double and triple check my wares before sending them off. I make sure I always do a quality check. It's not that hard, and very simple to do.
While the customer service is top notch, the lack of quality control is severely lacking!
