Disappointed on their willingness to work with online customers. On my order page it said 35 days for refunds. Not only were they initially wanting to hold me to a 14 day return that is posted elsewhere on their website but the manager was snippy when I requested that they honor the 35 days posted on the actual order page. Once she heard that, she then responded that the garment was not returnable because it was underwear (It's basically a training bra that doesn't fit my daughter.) I am curious what is unhygienic about that- it is definitely not underwear! Do they not let girls try on leotards and bras at their in person store and then put them back on the rack if not purchased? Needless to say we will not be purchasing from them again and I would recommend they stick to in person retail sales until they can manage online service in a more equitable manner. (And hopefully they have now changed their return days message on the order page so that they do not misinform other online customers.)

The dance shop has great customer service. Each time we are there, my daughter gets the royal treatment. On our last visit, a very knowledgeable gentleman helped us. He was very helpful and has great customer service skills. Highly recommend.

It makes no sense that gift cards at this store can only be used for online shopping. A recipient of a gift card should be allowed the option of an in-store or online experience.

Fantastic shop. The salesperson was so wonderful that she helped me find just the shoes I wanted. I was so happy I felt like dancing. And with my perfect shoes I will dance, and dance and dance some more.

Worst customer service.Walked in no one working there acknowledge or offer to help and once the guy there offer to help he had the worst attitude like he was bother I was there to spend my money. Had I not needed the shoes for the next day I would have gone to the dance shop at Arlington. Never again!

Highly recommend The Dance Shop! They have the best selection for Leo’s, shoes, bags, etc. What really sold me was their customer service. We had an embarrassing moment when it came to pay. But thanks to Curtis the process felt less awkward for us. He was SO patient and sweet and never let us feel like we were a burden and did his best to help us out and go the extra mile. The best!

Came here because the first dance store I went to was closed. This store was clean and a lot of fun for my two little girls. They provided great customer service.

Today was the very first time I was at the Dance Shop. I went to Dancers Closet in Arlington and the lady was so extremely nice and helpful. I told her I had had a double hip replacement and she was awesome about helping me with my shoes. Bending over can be a bit painful at time. She helped me the whole way. So when she didn’t have the shoes I needed she suggested I go to Dance Shop in Ft Worth Texas.When I walked in the atmosphere was totally different. I asked for the shoes I needed and I also told her I had had a double hip replacement. However this experience was a complete 180 degrees from my previous experience. The lady supposed to be helping me was anything but helpful. She stood there while I struggled to get the shoes buckled. Offering No help at all. I finally had to get help so I said something again and she finally helped me. And I was trying on 90.00 shoes. I will never shop there again. Had I not needed the shoes for rehearsal tonight I would have ordered them online. I called the Dancers Closet and thanked her for being so nice. I will shop there from now on. If she can’t get me what I need I’ll order it online. But the Dance Shop in Ft Worth is off my list.

Do not buy tights here they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable even if the package is fully sealed and unopened with a receipt 2 business days after purchase!

Valarie was amazingly sweet in helping us get our oldest fitted for ballet slippers! Highly recommend these folks!
