The Firehouse Pottery & Gallery is located in a historic 1927 firestation. The studio creates handmade functional stoneware pottery and teaches private pottery wheel lessons for all ages and skill levels. The experience is described as amazing, wonderful, and fun, with patient, kind, and professional instruction that is helpful for both beginners and families. The adjoining gallery provides a wide range of retail products made at The Firehouse, along with a small selection by other local artists, including jewelry and candles. Customers are very happy with the products, which are beautiful, incredible, and made with great detail. Outside, beneath a canopy of pecans, the onsite 'CoffeeFolk' trailer offers a wonderful selection of refreshments, baked goods, and breakfast tacos. The business is highly recommended for those wanting to learn more about pottery or take up a new hobby.
I look forward to my lessons with Keith and see them as my weekly therapy. I’ve created so many pieces I love and don’t plan on ending my weekly lessons anytime soon, and I’ve been coming since May!

There are no words to express my gratitude for Keith. He designed a beautiful urn for my beloved pug. He was so kind and understanding. The piece is just perfect. Can’t thank him enough.

Love my new custom Coffee Folk mug! My family also enjoys the soy candles, which are refillable.
