Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tanks are maintained and fish look healthy. All fish and shrimp I have purchased here are thriving.

By far the best fish store in the metropolitan area. Vast selection, knowledgeable staff. And the owner is a great guy that will help you out if you ask! They also do setups and maintenance for your fish tanks. And they also do custom tanks and special order fish.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of fresh water and salt water fish. There are many different types of decorative rocks and driftwood to choose from. I was there for the fresh water live aquatic plants.

I have come in twice, I'm new to the hobby and working on setting up my first tank, and everyone here has been so helpful and taken so much time explaining different aspects of getting an ideal set up & selecting plants & fish. Their fish & plants are well taken care of & they have everything you need. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Love this fish store!!! I haven’t been to many to know of they are too notch but I do know that every time we come in there they are all friendly, helpful, and willing to talk to you. They give a military discount and prices already seem to be really good! Thanks guys

From my local list of fish stores in the DFW area, The Fish place ranks number one for both Marine and fresh water. The prices are cheaper than Petco, or any store around the area. The staff know their stuff, I mean, I am educated each time I want something I have little experience with. Very clean shop that you can right away tell they care for their animals.10/10

Great varieties of fish for both fresh & saltwater tanks. Knowledgeable , non-judgmental staff to help you with needs &/or questions! Plus very friendly beautiful dogs walking around.

It's a long drive, but always worth it! The staff is very nice, this is my favorite fish store.
