They will not let me cancel. Please be aware before coming to this chiropractor. I do not want any membership anymore I have sent emails and sent cancellation paperwork they still do not cancel my membership. I will also use this as proof that I do not want the membership anymore.Read other people’s reviews about canceling their memberships I should have listened.

Walked in at 4:45, on Sunday. They turned me away and said they were currently seeing their last patient and won't see me today because they close at 5. All I needed was a quick adjustment. I suppose I'll get adjustments elsewhere from now on.

All is good...until you go to cancel your membership. I went in today in an attempt to cancel my membership because I found a private doctor that has been giving me more targeted care. Went in and a doctor was at the front desk because the receptionist was in the bathroom. I told her I needed to cancel and she told me to have a seat because I would have to wait for the other girl. She finally came up to the counter and I told her I needed to cancel. She then typed on the computer for a minute and told me I was good. I was puzzled so I asked for her to repeat and she again said I was good...but I never gave anybody my info. I told her that and she said "oh" and asked for my information. I gave my phone number which she eventually replied with "that's not it". She eventually gave me a form to fill out to cancel...which I did. But when I gave it to her she said I had to go to my "home clinic" to cancel. I explained to her that made no sense especially since I have the ability to get care at any place. I asked her if she could call over to assist with getting it canceled since I was there...but she said "no" and that I had to physically be there. I expressed how inconvenient that is and doing it by phone would only make sense. She then claimed due to HIPPA it had to be done in person...which is ridiculous since I can call my doctors office right now and discuss billing issues. Eventually, after me never yelling, cussing, or even personally attacking the girl...she walked to the door, opened it, and told me I needed to leave. She then went on to tell me I was rude and condescending. Great work guys...good job trying to problem solve and not just putting your heels in the ground and telling me to go somewhere else.Do yourself a favor..if you're considering using the place...think again. I've never been so disgusted with the Customer Service I've received at a medical office. I'm currently in Law Enforcement so I figured discussing the issue would help all parties involved. How was it handled? They threw me out. SMH.

Had my adjustment made by Dr. Wooten. I left the office feeling better and relieved of pain. I'm writing this review a day later and still feel great.

I’ve been coming here for a month now, so I feel like I can leave a review. I’ve been working with Dr. Wooten and Kate from the front desk. Kate is the first face you see, and is as sweet as can be. Dr. Wooten is knowledgeable, has a desire to help, and is gives good vibes all around. Definitely staying here.

I had Googled a cheap chiropractor near me because I can barely walk and the pain is so severe that I can't stand it. After 3 phone messages and 3 emails from the Joint chiropractic I scheduled an appointment for 2:45. I do not have a/c in my car. I asked the girl that I talked to if there was a clinic closer to my location and she told me no. Turns out that there were 6.I drove from Northside to S. Hulen to my 2:45 appointment. I hobbled across the parking lot and went in. The man at the desk told me that there was no one there to process me in since I was a new patient and he didn't know how because he was the adjuster. He said that I could go to one of the other locations that was closer, but he didn't know if they were fully staffed and if they would be able to help me. He said that the person that did the new patient process had called in that morning and was not going to be at work. I turned around went back to my car sweaty and in extreme pain and went back home.I'm not a genius, but there was plenty of time between 10am and 2:45pm that someone could have called and told me that I needed to reschedule.Don't go there. The man saw me limping across the parking lot. He had no concern for my condition or my time wasted to get to the appointment. He saw me sweating and in pain and did not care. If you like being disrespected and uncaring, ignorant staff working on you then it's the place for you. If you want help call someone else. It has taken me 2 weeks to be able to just walk to the car.

I’ve been experiencing limited range of motion to my right shoulder (due to injury) and limited ROM to neck, headaches and upper back pain for a year now. I wake up sore and in pain most days. I finally went to see Dr. Wooten today. I’ve been a nurse for 27 years now (work in a rehab hospital) and I can say wholeheartedly that Chiropractors are true miracle workers. After my adjustment, my headache was instantly gone, I have full range of motion to my neck, back pain is gone and though my right should is weak from lack of movement I have better range of motion. There is not a medication out there that could make me feel a good as I do right now. Ditch the muscle relaxers and pain meds and go to someone who can actually help you fix the problem instead of masking it.Nanika will meet you at the front desk with her friendly smile. She is very helpful, professional and has a wonderful, warm and welcoming personality. The only risk you take at “The Joint Chiropractic” is feeling better.

Came in on my lunch break and was seen right away, Dr. Wooten and Nanika were super nice and helpful! I got adjusted in less than five minutes and feel much better already. Signed up for a plan and I’ll definitely be back!

Dr. Wooten is the best! My kids and I go weekly. He’s a very good listener, and my son connect with him about all sorts of fun stuff. He and the other Drs have helped with acute injuries, and overall alignment.

My experience with Dr. Brandon Campbell was absolutely spectacular. I have never had a chiropractor address the chronic pain my TMJ causes me, and Dr. Campbell provided an immediate fix that alleviated my symptoms. I am a fan of The Joint Chiropractic's services, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I hope to be seeing Dr. Campbell almost exclusively to benefit from his expertise. Thank you Dr. Campbell, and thank you to the entire Joint Chiropractic staff! I cannot recommend your services enough! My mother will certainly being seeing you soon to experience the same exemplary care!

So Dr.Wooten and Sophie are awesome. nanika is too funny.I love the positivity and the calm vibe. They are very precessional. Dr.Stephanie is awesome too. Any doctor I’ve had there is amazing. I love coming to them. The doctors are so caring and thoughtful. The receptionist is so kind and I love her hair colors !!!! Always such a vibe.

Dr. Wooten was absolutely amazing! He took his time to alleviate my issue. I love The Joint and the concept but sometimes I feel like just another patient on the list for the day. To have someone take their time to really help was relieving. Dr. Wooten reiterated the fact that patient care is actually listening and healing. Thank you Dr. Wooten.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Are these even real chiropractors???This lady checks me in then proceeds to perform my adjustment without even asking me whats going on. She just starts popping the bed, I told her it was hurting and just continued with long nails and all...then she tries to Crack my neck while I'm face down... WHAT THE HELL???? Lawsuit waiting to happen!!!
