While visiting Fort Worth, I needed a gym that opened early, and I was lucky enough to find The Lab. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, had great equipment, and the location was super convenient. Highly recommend this gym and would definitely go back!

Coach Brian is great very detailed from the time I walked in if you need to get your body right he is your guy 💯 percent
