My son has been 2x for when my husband and I needed a date night! We absolutely love the staff and my son absolutely loves it there. Big bonus it’s right by some cool places to eat/drink/walk so you are not far if you are a nervous first time parent, like us 😂

I bring my son here maybe once a week when I need to teach a last minute class or run errands. I love the girls here and how they treat my son. He has trouble speaking, and is extremely shy around other kids. He’s 2 but still only says a few words, he had very severe tongue ties and he had surgery on to correct.
I wanted him to learn to socialize and open up more, so that was my main reason for bringing him here. There are times when he’s overwhelmed with noise and they take the time to comfort him, put headphones on him, etc.
All the ladies working here are super nice and they are so great with kids. My son used to cry when I would leave and now he runs right in. 🥲 It’s nice to see him becoming more social and it’s all thanks to the ladies that work here. 🫶

We organized a birthday celebration at that venue. The price was unbeatable, and the facilities were truly impressive. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the event and continuously praised me for throwing such a fantastic party. Throughout the entire process, I felt relaxed and at ease. The children had a great time, and the parents were able to unwind. The overall experience was exceptional.

I was in a pinch and needed a drop in place today. My son has never been in a daycare and this was his first experience. While he enjoyed making new friends he was really down about another child choking him. This same child left a long deep scratch on his arm. My mom was the one to pick him up so I had to call back and inquire about the incident. Whomever answered said she wasn’t there all day but sometimes the boys play rough. Choking and scratching my child isn’t rough it’s a sign of no one watching closely. Someone was supposed to call me back and no one did. My son says he reported it and they said to stay away from that child. Really disappointed with the lack of accountability and proper accident protocol. I understand kids get hurt but the teachers were aware there was a problem and chose to not be proactive and then ignored it.

it’s a great place for the kids to go and hang out with other kids and sugar mama from cooks children’s but they close at 8 so if they want you to come pick up your kids. come pick them up

Absolutely adore The PlaySpace! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. And the owner is knowledgeable and passionate about children, their wellbeing, and their development ( as displayed by her choice in toys and activities). I always know my daughter is going to have the best time with the best care while she here. Thank you for providing a wonderful, fun, and safe space for her to learn and play!

Beyond satisfied with this daycare. It is a clean, professional and very welcoming environment. Every caregiver there is wonderful and my daughter loves seeing them and coming here. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Playspace!

I wish I would have known about this place before.y mom watches my daughter and I can she just needs a break desperately. I did some research and the word needs to get out about how amazing and simple it is. I dropped her off for two hours. I came back and my daughter was so happy! She said they even have her pretzels, string cheese and water for a snack. All kids seemed happy. My daughter wants to go back!

We had my sons second birthday party there and this is a amazing facility! Everyone had such a great time! Lindsay was soo helpful with booking our reservation and was just the sweetest! Lexie was there while we had our party and she was the nicest and very helpful! I would recommend this place over and over again!! Very much worth the price!! Hope to have more parties here in the future!

I'm writing this one on the Fort Worth page bc I cant find the willow park location on yelp. I tried it today for the first time and wasn't the greatest for me and my children . Number one I will say I misread the sign , thinking they closed at 11, when in actuality they close at 9 m-t. 11 is only Friday and sat. I will take the blame for that. So for starters my daughter and sons name and age are in the computer, and she spelled my daughters name wrong and put my daughters age as 18 months, when she is actually 2.5. Then when I told her she fixed it. It was right there on the screen. I also told them my daughter is potty trained but needs help, and you should ask her bc it's a new place and she will want to play. I also told her I will be back before 11, and she says she didn't hear me bc I got a call at 8:56, are u coming to get your children!? I felt like the worst parent in the world. Panicked and freaked out I rushed from the stock yards to willow park In About 20 mins. I pick up my kids and obviously I'm late, will never forgive myself, bc I was taking my time, and made them wait for me. I feel awful. Anyway I find out it's $1 a minute, which I get Sucks. So I owe for that on top of the hourly. $80 is too much for a few hours with two kids. Also I find out my daughter went to the bathroom in her pants, (even tho they told me she went to the bathroom several times by herself). I'm assuming not one of those times did anyone go In With her, to wipe her or anything bc she went in her pants. And they sent her clothes home with the p*** and everything still in it, not even wiped out or hosed off, and all in the same bag. So I had to throw everything away. I think for the price they should be able to take care of that. I will try again bc I am desperate for childcare as we have no family to help and or friends near us, the girls were young and seemed nice but just not experienced enough for the price. I'm hoping the facility is so new they need to work out the kinks. For the hours I recommend the signage in door be changed/ it's hard to tell there are two closing times for different days - I think maybe the later days and hours be one color and separate from the rest. Or say when the parent leaves we close at 9 or 11. Just seems like it would stop issues. I was told that there were still children left at ftw location. Not to feel bI also recommend the hours changes / by day maybe a different color. So it's obvious to people like me who are in a hurry. I know this location is new and I have never gone the ftw one, but I just expected a little more, not sure. - thank you for the fast response. I changed my review to reflect the response owner gave and hopeful that next time will be better

The PlaySpace is a wonderful business. It is such a tremendous help to have an option to drop my children off as needed, and know without a shadow of a doubt that they will be safe, well cared for, nurtured, and stimulated. Every single one of their caregivers is kind, attentive, and loves children. The owner is a pediatric speech therapist by trade and attracts many wonderful employees from her clinical network. I am SO thankful we have this amazing place for kids in Fort Worth. My five-year-old son begs to go, and our infant daughter is always so well cared for in the baby room. We love TPS!

I recently started utilizing the PlaySpace as my last minute care facility and we adore it. My 2 year old daughter has never stayed with anyone other than family (Covid baby) and she did fuss some but the staff assured me they would keep a close eye and call if she ended up being inconsolable. We are on day 7 now and aren’t ever looking back. Thank you PlaySpace, now this momma can have a coffee in peace.
