I had a wonderful experience with The Shade Store team, and I couldn't be happier with the end result! Special thanks to Anna for guiding us through the process - from educating us on the differences between styles to helping narrow down selections - she was extremely attentive and communicative throughout. I was also impressed with the quick turnaround from measure to install. I'll definitely work with The Shade Store Fort Worth team again on my future window treatment needs!

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because I like my shades. The experience of getting those shades was horrible. It's been over 4 months and my order is still not correct. I've had to take multiple days off of work to be here for an installer only to find the wrong product was ordered or an installer damaged the shade so a new one had to be ordered. One time the installer told me the motors ordered for the shades were the wrong size. So new ones were ordered. When they arrived, and I took another day away from work, turns out they were the same size as the ones being replaced.
I spent a LARGE amount of money on these shades. Had I known what a nightmare this company was going to be, I would have found another place to give that much money to. I'm still trying to get some of my money back. The staff at the store was not helpful at all. The upper management team isn't much better. I've had to email with 5-6 separate people and none of them seem to know what the hell is going on either.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO ELSEWHERE. FIND A PLACE IN DALLAS OR ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY WINDOW TREATMENTS, BUT NOT THIS ONE IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY.

I agree with the previous post. I have placed two orders with this Shade Store- both orders arrived wrong. In the first order, they shipped me someone else's order and I had to wait another four weeks to have the shade installed. In the second order, I waited for the installer and he did not bring a tall enough ladder. He installed the wrong shades and only half of the order. I have reached out to Christine and Davil, they are not returning my emails or calls to install the upper shades. I would not recommend The Shade Store.

As an interior designer, I have a lot of experiences with different companies across the board. There was an issue on install date and now more issues after install. I have spent lots of time and multiple calls, emails etc to get these issues resolved for my clients. The Shade Store as a whole is cancelling appointments made and not providing the fix to the problem, adding stipulations to the refund promised, and so forth. I do not recommend them and would caution you to take your business elsewhere.

Our recent purchase of shads for our home was an absolute pleasure. Consultant Anna O'Neil professionally assisted us with selection of product, order of shads and set up of installation. She was a pleasure to work with. The installer Martin Tapoli did a great job installing the shads. He was courteous, skilled, and explained operation of controls. The quality of product is outstanding. Thank you Shad Store.

It was a pleasure working with Anna O'Neil for our electronic shade need. We plan to purchase additional items; and we will for certain return to The Shade Store. The staff for measure and install was competent and arrived timely for both. It is nice having a short window of time for the appointments rather than having to wait all morning or afternoon. Anna was very good about following up to make certain that we were pleased with our purchase and install.

Very poor experience. Mislead during the ordering process with expectations, unsatisfactory product delivered, and months spent trying to current the problem with no resolution, solution, or responsibility from the company, despite the extreme cost of the product.

Although they had what I needed for a customer and when originally quoted for what I needed for my customer it was my fault for giving wrong measurements, but when all that was corrected, I was informed that they did not quote it correctly with the style I neededSaid manager could not honor price which was given to meWould not recommend this store because they could of honored the price to reflect their mistake
