I have had 2 back to back horrible experiences w/this location lately.. First I had a charge back from Amazon because one of the items from my return mysteriously came up missing and was charged $27.07 back for it. I just went in there today and asked the young male with glasses, brown medium length hair, if I could tape up my package.. in which I was willing to pay for.. he insisted on taping it… he BARELY put any tape on the package and left some of the ends of the package open… he taped it like a 2 yr old would tape a present. It was close to 3pm on a Saturday and I think he was ready to get off, so he just did the bare minimum. So now I’m really worried that all of my items may not get returned properly and it’s worth over $200… I will probably not go back to this location because the quality of service has declined. Those younger workers in there need to be retrained on customer service and taking pride in working.

Charging a $1.31 to print a label for shipping that has already been purchased is ridiculous.
It’s not just the cost, it’s the service. What should have been 30 seconds to scan and print the label, took 5 mins for me to email a pdf to the store and wait for it to be printed. Then after it printed I was told it cost $1.31 to print a label.
If you want to nickel and dime and inconvenience customers, then I won’t bother inconveniencing the UPS store with any of my business. Next time I’ll just ship FedEx; At least they can scan a label on my phone and print it for free.

From the time I entered to the time I left, Mercy customer service was on point. She was thorough and quick with her job. Still snake to also answer questions. After we were done she was equally polite and well mannered. Ty for you help Mercy..

Thus is the best UPS Store in Fort Worth, Texas!
Mercy provided me excellent, exceptional and superior customer service right before there closing time.
She glasly assisted me with a huge smile and had no problem staying a few minutes late if needed. However, she was fast and efficient and got the job done just in the nick of time!
Thank you Mercy for being such a dedicated employee!

Don't bring your business here. They cannot follow simple instructions and the guy tried to wrench a package out of my hands when I was wanting to put it on the scale and get a preliminary weight on the receipt which is one step to proving discrepancies in the shipping chain. Go to Hulen where they are polite and don't balk over simple requests. Also, I have had packages returned to me damaged and missing half the contents, and this only happens when I drop off at this location.

The worst store ever! I called and asked for the person’s name, but being rude or anything yesterday and the woman hung up. I believe her name is Summer because I called the week before for quotes. They sent my deceased mother’s things in the mail with no fragile sticker on either box!
I no longer have my mother’s precious rings and still haven’t been able to speak to someone because every time I call they hang up! I’ve left 6 messages and no return call! This is the last time I’m using UPS! The last time they lost my company’s computer and assured me that it had been mailed out and it was still sitting at the location with a rude guy!
I hate UPS! Y’all are rude and don’t have any core values, mailing people’s personal items and damaging/throwing them however! How dare you!?! And I paid $200! My whole trip was waisted because of your incompetent staff who did not label it “fragile” as promised! My flight everything was a waste!
