Bryan Ortiz, is one of the techs for Embroidery Warehouse and he is always willing to help and answer any questions or phone calls. He has been able to walk us through issues and help us solve them. He always sends videos and makes sure things are working before he lets us go.

Embroidery Warehouse was great to work with in selling my industrial embroidery machine. They paid me a fair price and communicated with me throughout the process.

We came from out of town to do a training and Dillon and staff was very friendly and professional . Great communication we were able to get all questions and concerns answer. We purchased an embroidery machine back 2021 and it has been working great!
Definitely coming if we pursue expanding
