I have to give a huge shout out to Ms. Beth, the thermo Queen behind the counter. She was extremely helpful getting me the advice I needed to fix an issue I was having with my Thermo King tripac evolution APU. I do wish they had availability to have the technicians work on my unit, but they're booked out. Miss Beth found me the parts that I needed for the issues I was having, and if she didn't know the answer she found someone that did. Cheers to it being a faulty ground cable from the alternator to the chassis. I wish every Thermo King across the country had an employee like Miss Beth behind the counter. My air conditioning on my unit is working again because of her advice and parts. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ms. Beth.

Went in to pick up an alternator and when asked parts and service were able to get me right in. Verified 1 questionable ground strap and a poorly working alternator (no surprise to me) and when I left the system is working as expected. They listened to my issues and kept looking unlike a previous shop I had look at it 8 months before for the same thing. Price was higher than expected but that is the reality of the world we live in.

Truckers keep in Mind!My driver gets there at 5.35. They close at 6pm. All they have to do is prime the unit! Takes 15 mins!! At 6:06 they call me with a 606$ bill beacuse the mechanic was there 6 mins after 6pm amd thats afterhours! They even dint change the fuel filter and are saying priming the unit takes 2 hours by the book but guy done in 20 mins! These guys dont have mercy!!!

My reefer got loosened belt and screws on pulley. The guy at service desk without looking told me to go back to shipper to unload because according to him pulley was broken and they were out of parts. This is ridiculous environment to get service done. May the mighty lord offers some grace and these ignorant and arrogant people. Luckily I was able to get help in Terell, TX.

They will charge you for everything even when they don’t fix the problem they still charge you the minimum amount per their policy. However they are flexible and no appointment necessary to get your refer or APU worked on. They’re first come first served and they are fast too.

Best ThermoKing I have ever worked with. I came in to pick up a trailer and mentioned my Tri-Pak APU was not working. With no appointment or heads up on my behalf, they took my tractor right into the shop. They replaced the fuel pump, alternator and did an oil change. In and out within 4 hours!! OMG GREAT SERVICE!!! The receptionist is one nice, friendly and professional lady. The service tech who did the work was awesome, a go-getter type and very motivated. What a fantastic team this TK has. Good job everyone and THANK YOU!! It will be a pleasure to work with y'all in the future.

Got here with no appt, checked in and immediately got into a door. The very knowledgeable lady at the front was fun and very helpful. Call her before you buy a refeer, she can help you.

Absolutely awesome service on my APU. Had a fault code and tech found broken starter wire very quickly finished up the PM service quicker than anyone ever has. Office personnel and techs were extremely polite and friendly. I would most definitely recommend this dealer to anyone including my best friend. I was very satisfied with my visit here as well as my invoice total.
