Being a person who had never stepped foot inside of an actual Tiffany & Co store I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by Brennan who was exceptional! She was patient with me while I selected a new piece of jewelry and showed me different options of rings and bracelets she thought I might like. Service was above and beyond! Will definitely go back and see her when I am in the area again.

Came in to buy a ring today and couldn’t get service after standing there for 30 minute. Must’ve thought I didn’t have money but we will gladly take it elsewhere

Don’t buy perfum as a gift from Tiffany And Co, you cannot return it or exchange it if the box is open! That sucks cause I got $150 perfume as a gift and wanted to exchange it and they won’t let me! Ask me how I know whether I liked it or not?

3 diamonds fell out in less than 2 years. 1 fell out less than 2 months after purchase. I attempted to get money back and was met with the same response, “you have to bring it here for repairs. We can’t give you any money off. If you outside of Tiffany for repairs it’s on you” and on and on it goes. I let them repair the first diamond and it took 2 months to get back, and they wanted to charge for it! I had to argue my way to get it for free. I wasn’t going there for the other 2. They won’t take money off the bill even though I have spent $600 for repairs. They are unhelpful and customer service means nothing to them. They are only about the money. I will never go back and encourage everyone to stay away from them! Their rings are not worth the price. They think they have the best, but don’t. Platinum is known to bend, but they will argue about that, and not give the truth about the metals they use.

I seen the comments and the same situation happened to me . I came in this store for a return of a small bracelet, gifted to me on Mother’s Day. The worker asked me if I wanted to wear it now or pack it up and I said no pack it up since I had a baby in my arms, I walked out the store two days later I decide I want to wear the bracelet. I opened up the bag, and there was nothing in there very unprofessional so if you purchase from this store, wear your jewelry outside of the store unless you physically see them put your jewelry inside the bag. My husband bought me a necklace a month ago. I went back in the store and got an exchange. It didn’t have any issues but the difference was I walked out of the store with my necklace on.

Surprised my little Audrey Hepburn with a necklace from Tiffany's for her sweet sixteenth. I Called ahead and even though we weren't spending much, they gave us a fantastic experience she'll always remember - private room with a tray of necklaces within my specified price range for her to choose from, fancy chocolates, sparkling water and champagne for the grown ups. Our hostess, Teddy, even set up and took some fun pictures to commemorate the day. I highly recommend you call ahead, they will take good care of you. They exceeded my expectations.

I’m pretty upset about the situation. I came in buying 4 heart necklaces for my bridesmaids. I let them pick their favorite colors. I wanted 2 pink, 1 red, and 1 silver. Days later, I gave them their gifts. Ended up with 3 pinks and no silver. I even asked the lady to make sure because these are going to be gifts and I won’t get to see it until they open it.

Very pleasant experience. It was our first time here and the staff was great to work with. We couldn’t find the exact price but they got it shipped from NY to us for free. We will be back!
