Tom Thumb is a grocery store located at 2400 W 7th St in Fort Worth, TX. It offers a normal, average grocery experience with a great format full of nice and helpful staff. The store provides grocery delivery and DriveUp & Go™ service. It features a bakery with fresh bagels and custom cakes, and a deli with party trays and an Order Ahead service. The produce department is always full of fresh items, including guaran... and a good variety, even a small selection of plants. There is also a Starbucks and a bar inside. Most reviews find it a convenient and awesome place with good prices and a variety of products. The sushi is incredible and they often have samples. However, the meat counter receives strong criticism, described as the worst ever seen, with issues reported about the seafood and meat quality. Despite this, many customers highly recommend the store for its overall fresh produce, friendly customer service, and the fact they have never had a bad experience.
Conveniently located and accessible but highly overpriced. I think this is partially due to economy AND location because corporate knows they have a captive group of shoppers due to amount of apartments and condos nearby.
