Love it here. There is always towells available. Spray for your windows. However the bottles could be better. I love how they have thr air compressor to blow out the water from in-between the trim. All theyre vacuumes work lol. And that guy on the weekends Jose is awsome. He's always helpful with anything we need and even helps with tires. Glad to see they have a Hispanic employee. The other guys are great too.

I just left two other places to change my oil and it’s a diesel truck and my oil wasn’t available. Pulled right in, first line. The staff was very knowledgeable of their trade was in and out in no time at all. Highly recommend this place and moving forward this will be the only place I go

they where supposed to fix my ac never did payed over 1000$ too get it fixed and took it multiple times back so they could “fix it “ but it just does the same thing i tired to call but they put me on hold and never answer ??♂️Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bait and switch. I received a code for a free $12 wash after getting my oil changed. When I went to use it, it wouldn't work. A worker came over,and I told him it wasn't working. He rudely said it was only good for the $7 wash. I showed him the slip that said free $12 wash. He could only repeat $7 dollar wash and wasn't polite about it. Disappointing - the $7 wash wasn't worth the trip

Attendant guiding me into the tunnel this morning was extremely rude and had an attitude with me, he was not lining me up properly and made it my fault. Then just pointed for me to leave. I will not ever be returning to this location.

Excellent experience! Needed an AC recharge, oil change, and inspection. The guys were all super nice, quick, and efficient. Gino (sorry if I misspelled that) explained everything thoroughly and in a way that made sense, he wasn't judgemental or rude when I told him we do some of the car work ourselves at home, and I really appreciated how honest and genuine he was. We will definitely be back!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years for oil changes and inspections and have never had an issue. Brought my 21 Ram 2500 there a few days ago and they did the oil change and brake fluid flush. A couple days later I noticed my registration had expired the previous month. Would have been nice if they had noticed it but I understand it wasn't their job. Brought it back to get inspected and found they have a new inspector. He was a little rude, but I ignored it.. Then he comes and tells me that my clear windshield tint is an issue if you look through it from the side. He said he passed it this time but next time he won't. I sure hope this guy doesn't chase all your regular customers away! When I got the windshield professionally tinted I researched and made sure what they were selling me was legal before I let them do it. I will say this.. if I bring it there next year for inspection and this guy fails it I will find a new place to do all my oil change and inspection business with.

Most inconsiderate place I have ever gone.Ernie the manager could care less about you as a customer.If your car or truck is damaged he Will not work with you or give you Michaels The district managers phone.Did he really call IDK ) so you can call and report. What a Way to support and be involved in the community.All over a 29.00 dollar antenna or a On behalf of Quik's we are sorry !Sorry I can not read so well anymore. You are not in my shoes .and having a employee not to say anything but walk over wave at me ant point at a sign was just insulating.

I had my first experience with this shop this morning. Ernie greeted me with a smile and they got me fixed up under my budget price and they were all very kind and helpful. Even asked if there was anything they could be doing for next time to make it a better experience. 10/10 would recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Roadrunner usually got me waiting 2 hours for a state inspection. When my dad came here it took only 15 - 20 mins inspection and thats including the wait time. When I went here, there was something wrong with the machine so it took close to an hour wait time, around 45 mins, but the owner and his employee made it all up to me with a $22 premium car wash.This is by far the best state inspection experience Ive ever encountered and Im not exaggerating in the least bit. These guys here have excellent customer service. 5 out of 5 stars on everything from service, price, customer service, and accomedation compared to road runner on n tarrant.I know it sounds like im stretching it a bit, but im really not. Please give them a try. Im going to tell my cousins, and friends about this place. This place is a hidden gem!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Tony's was AMAZING!!!!Quicks, HORRIBLE!!! After going through Tony's carwash for a couple of months, and a couple times a month getting the most expensive wash they had, the "Showroom Quality & Shine" wash, (which also Repels Dust), AND after trying a Newer Carwash Further Down Basswood near Beach St., I decided For the 1st time in my life, it would be worth it for me to get a carwash membership with Tony's because the wash actually CLEANED my car without any residue and my car STAYED Clean for at Least a couple weeks which was important to me because I live out in the country where it's rather dusty. Anyhow, the last couple of times I went through the wash, I did notice the Tony's car wash sign wasn't up. Being there was nothing up saying why, I just assumed they must be getting a new sign or something. But, I quickly noticed a few things were a little off. 1st of all, (Not that This matters for the actual cleanliness of the wash) , I did noticed the cool lights going through the wash were not on. I thought, maybe there was just something wrong with them, No Real bid deal. Although, as a person in my late 40's, I did consider this a plus as I don't get out to the clubs anymore so I would seat dance while going through the wash....yes, I do have a video of this as well and I'm Not Ashamed! Anyhow, as I continued through the wash, I also noticed the suds didn't turn colors like they used too (I also thoroughly enjoyed the multi colored suds as this added to the "Club Life" I was living while getting my car cleaned).The wash was also very fast and there was no time for me to party like it was1999 even if the lights had been working!The drying session wasn't nearly as strong and it was a way shorter dry time.As I was suspicious about the quality of wash I had just received, I actually got out of my car to inspect it. It was still very dirty all around the whole bottom parts of the car! I didn't have time to go back through the wash so I left figuring I would just go through it again the next day, (the membership I had with Tony's was for unlimited washes). Well, I did go through it the next day and NOTHING had changed, including the bottom half of my car! It was still dirty after going through the wash! As I was on my lunch break, I again didn't have time to stop and speak to the employee about it. I ended up asking my coworker later that day if they knew what was up with Tony's and she said she believed it was sold to a new company. Well, that answered my question as to why the wash was so terrible. So, I decided that being Tony's wash had been sold, and they're who I signed a contract with, I wouldn't open an account with them.....Well.... I guess I should have been checking my account more often because the new carwash has been charging my card for MONTHS...Basically for almost a YEAR!!!! I literally just found out a couple days ago! I even went through that wash about 2 weeks ago just to see if Maybe...just Maaaaaybe, they worked out the kinks and it would be better. I even PAID for the most expensive wash they had on the menu (Not realizing they were already charging my account for a membership! ) and the wash was JUST AS BAD!!! This is such BAD Business Practice! I do take responsibility for not realizing they were drafting my account BUT...They had my address/phone number, place of employment, basically ALL my contact info and NEVER did they NOTIFY me about the business change NOR about my Membership! They just Nonchalantly transferred my membership!I would say this business is as sneaky and Dirty as your car will be after it goes through their "Wash"!It shouldn't even be legal for businesses to take over contracts because the quality of the new business is not guaranteed! Or at LEAST, it should be MANDITORY for them to send out notices about the membership change and if the clients don't reply, the business should not be able to keep charging accounts!
