I have looked and tried 50 other place's in the last 2 years. Was never even close to satisfied. Until Mark cut my hair! And Janet is fantastic with brows! Definitely recommend Mark for hair and Janet for your eyebrows! My search is finally over.

I had my nails dipped by Janet and was very pleased. She did a great job and I enjoyed visiting with her in a relaxed, clean setting. I rebooked for next appointment with a pedicure as well. Price is very reasonable.

I had the same problem as Melissa, first time with Wynn and she did really good highlights, 2nd visit I’m embarrassed to go out in public. I specifically said I liked only a few highlights and far apart. The highlights are awful, blotchy, patchy very piecey looks like I have white foils in my hair that are an inch from the scalp. I texted her to ask to fix and told me she was busy and would text me later and I never heard from her!

Went in Thursday to have my hair colored and highlighted by Wyne.She had done my hair one other time and it turned out good. This time when I went in I should have know when she had to ask another hair dresser how to proceed with what I wanted. Which was a color and highlights. She proceeded to tell me she alternated with color and highlights plus leaving some of my natural color which I didn’t want that way. Long story short half my head was colored and highlighted the bottom half looked the same as when I went in. She said she could fix so I thought ok went back the next day she said she was going to do an all over color then highlights. Like I told her that’s what I want in the first place she says yes I should have listened to you. I asked her if my hair was going to be any darker? All she said was it will lighten up me figuring ok maybe it won’t be that dark… decided ok and one of the other hair dressers made a remark like oh you don’t want black hair that should of told me to say stop! It didn’t come out any better way too dark and not to mention my hair is totally screwed up now. Please think twice before having her do your hair.

Loved the Nail Tech until I had to cancel an appt....now she's not responding to any text.I had to cancel because there was a Tornado watch in our area that turned to a warning shortly after I cancelled. I told her I couldn't drive in the 30mph side winds on the highway.I have texted numerous times to see about an appointment and still no response, not even "I'll let you know if I get a cancellation"I am moving on to another tech at this point....Service: Acrylic nails

A good barber is like a good doctor or stockbroker -- when they move, their clientele moves with them. Anna has been cutting my hair since she was at Yesteryears, then The Barber in Benbrook, then Headturners, and now at The Total Image. She is, in my opinion, the best men's barber in Fort Worth, and her customers will follow her... even into a ladies stylist salon to get a haircut from her. I hope The Total Image knows what a gem she is -- her loyal customers surely do! (As an interesting aside, Anna also works at Bed Bath and Beyond on Hulen Street where she can help with your interior needs as well as your physical ones She's a class act all the way!)
