Loved the Nail Tech until I had to cancel an appt....now she's not responding to any text.I had to cancel because there was a Tornado watch in our area that turned to a warning shortly after I cancelled. I told her I couldn't drive in the 30mph side winds on the highway.I have texted numerous times to see about an appointment and still no response, not even "I'll let you know if I get a cancellation"I am moving on to another tech at this point....Service: Acrylic nails

A good barber is like a good doctor or stockbroker -- when they move, their clientele moves with them. Anna has been cutting my hair since she was at Yesteryears, then The Barber in Benbrook, then Headturners, and now at The Total Image. She is, in my opinion, the best men's barber in Fort Worth, and her customers will follow her... even into a ladies stylist salon to get a haircut from her. I hope The Total Image knows what a gem she is -- her loyal customers surely do! (As an interesting aside, Anna also works at Bed Bath and Beyond on Hulen Street where she can help with your interior needs as well as your physical ones She's a class act all the way!)

Was taken advantage of because I was from out of town. Went for a simple haircut and eyebrow wax for my daughter. Tiffany took care of us. She did a great haircut. But she charged $20 for blowing my daughters hair dry to see if she needed to make any adjustments and if hair was evenly cut. I did not ask for a style which is what she called it when I questioned the total price she quoted me, she then waxed her eyebrows and left a burn on my daughters eyelid and still charged me $20 for this on top of charging me $25 for the haircut. Never been treated this way. Won’t be returning again. I have family here in Benbrook and I will not recommend anyone to go there. I even told Tiffany that I found this place online by all the positive and great reviews others had posted. However, the way that I was treated was wrong.Services: Haircut

So, went in for hair cut and an eyebrow wax for my daughter. Tiffany serviced us. She did a great hair cut. The first problem is that she skinned my daughters eye when waxing and now she has this real red burn on her eyelid and charged $20 for this, second she charged me for blowing her hair dry to see if her hair was even and called it styling and charged me $20. I never asked for a style-only a haircut and an eyebrow wax. I feel that Tiffany took advantage of knowing we were from out of state and charged me $75.

A few weeks ago I came in to do a trial with Troy for my idea for my hair for when I get married in April and was doing bridal portraits that day.He knows his stuff and is super sweet!I can't wait for the big day, he's gonna make it look absolutely fantastic!This is your guy for special hairdos, just be kind and come in before the big event because it helps prepare him anf you both can make adjustments if need be. ?

Well I haven’t been to a Salon in over a year, so I was well past due!!! Troy did a fantastic job! His prices were very reasonable and the salon was exceptionally clean...after each customer!!! Very laid back, professional and he had me laughing quite a bit!!! I’m a client forever now!!! Thank you Troy!
