My child has therapies at Cook Children’s, which is close to the pharmacy. I had a medication set for delivery, and I called at 9:08 this morning (2/20) stating that I can pick it up. I’ve done this a few times before, and it’s never been an issue. However, when I called, the woman on the phone (doesn’t give her name) told me that it was already out to be delivered. I rush the 40 minutes home (I live far) so I do not miss it. I end up waiting at the house all day. Come 5:30, I get a text saying that “medication is ready.” I called to ask what was going on, and the same woman tells me “it’s set to be delivered Monday.” WHY IN GOD’S GREEN EARTH?! I ask her why she tells me one thing- WHEN I WAS WILLING TO PICK UP….. and then tells me another. This lady decided to start speaking in circles, and I told her I can just pick it up Monday, and she starts telling me why the medication won’t be delivered over the weekend…. Not what I asked. It’s just aggravating when you pay $300 for a MEDICATION, and the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. My advice is to avoid phone calls all together. I really wish the woman had a name.

They won’t even try to run compounded prescription on insurance even though Texas health infusion pharmacy does the same and my insurance pays for that medication prepared the same

My teenager that is on crutches and I went in to ask about a knee walker to rent to use at school. No one said anything to us nor made any eye contact with us for a full 5 minutes or more. The cashier was on the phone and after she was off the phone I asked about renting a walker, she was very short and condescending, like I was supposed to know how they rent out their supplies. I'm in the service industry and I would never treat people like that. Especially when I know they are dealing with a hardship like a child with a broken foot. I went to the next place and two people were ready to help. Won't step a foot in this place again.

I use them for my compounded tirzepatide. Sometimes, the quality seems to vary? Sometimes, it works, and sometimes, it does not work? They source it from an outside lab. The service is good, I just wonder how well the meds actually work.

Absolutely Appalling and Dangerous Service
I can’t emphasize enough how utterly incompetent and reckless this company is. Last month, they delivered my order to the wrong address, and after informing them, they assured me it would be shipped by FedEx going forward. Fast forward to this month—same courier, same mistake. My order was again dropped off at a completely different, unknown address.
This is beyond frustrating—it's a serious breach of my privacy. My sensitive medical information was left out in the open for anyone to access. Worse, my temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, which are supposed to be kept chilled, were sitting in a hallway near 100 degrees for over two and a half hours!
The company’s response? They offered to have someone collect the wrongly delivered meds and redeliver them, as if that would be fine after hours in extreme heat! When I expressed my concern, the representative actually threatened that they wouldn’t send a fresh batch if I didn’t accept their absurd solution.
This level of negligence is outrageous and downright dangerous. I strongly urge anyone considering this provider to look elsewhere—your health, safety and privacy could depend on it.

If you're closed on the weekends. I found myself needing a wafer on a Friday evening and you're closed saturday.

These pharmacists and techs are always so friendly and helpful at this place! It’s a pleasant experience every time. They also have some pharmacy basics to buy over the counter in the store. Pickup for a prescription was fast and easy. They also got it filled super quick. Great place! Highly recommend!

I CAN NOT recommend Tower Medic enough.I showed up at Tower Medic at a true point of frustration. My Mother had just transitioned home from a rehab facility. She needed some equipment to provide stability in the bathroom. The staff at Tower Medic worked with me, extensively. We finally found a solution. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient they were with me. It had been a very challenging day and the staff at Tower went a long way to making the day easier. Thank you so much.
