They are the most rude, don't say, the drivers treat people very badly, the elderly, don't send your parents in your trucks, ban them to treat them badly.

If I could give this place a -☆ I would 18 hr trip and a/c doesn't work most of the people in this bus are old people and a few kids.They have trips every single day so I'm pretty sure they are making enough money to fix the a/c they just decide not to do it since no one is going to complain.

It is a good option if you are traveling to the US, the buses are comfortable, the operators are very attentive, and they have many destinations in Mexico and the USA.

I asked about the hours of the place, the woman who was there answered me in a rather rude manner. I don't know how this type of people can work serving customers without the minimum education and respect that we deserve because they never give us anything, we always pay for the service. What they offer... nothing to do with the treatment given by the owners, the attentive man and the lady, needless to say, very kind and respectful to us, it hurts that you pay for a place in Oklahoma that is always closed..

An amazing place to catch COVID-19! Definitely contracted it here on this bus going to Mexico during the New Years holidays last year, they don’t clean them at all. Also there was a group of women coughing near us. It’s like masks are optional here. Absolutely disgusting.
