Very disappointing. I arrived on a Saturday to turn in the U-Haul truck, as walking to the office to turn in the keys the lady on shift walked out the door and locked it behind her then went to her car and sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. I was there before noon and asked if I could give her the keys, response was “put them in the box”. On Monday I received a bill charging for two days over plus safety insurance. If this wasn’t enough I was charged for damage to the vehicle which never occurred under my watch ( I also carried coverage for damage) as well as gas, the vehicle was gaged the same as when I received it. I called to speak with the owner about the bill but never made it past the female voice on the phone. She refused my request, asked why I wanted to speak with the owner, referred me to U-Haul Customer Service and when I asked for the number I was told to Goggle it. Beware, this location is out for the money, definitely not the customer.

Called about a car and was told nothing was wrong. Then, of course, I show up and see a cracked windshield, 4 completely different tires (1 of which was completely shot), and was told that the car had an airbag light on AFTER BEING TOLD NOTHING WAS WRONG. Honestly, why do dealers think this kind of stuff is okay?

Marc was very helpful, let me check the truck I had dropped of a week before for my lost hearing aids and glasses, which were in there! He was very gracious and I am VERY grateful!
