Super shady place. These people didn’t give us the reservation because we asked her to print off the reason our reservation went from $116 to $200.Wasted an hour on the phone with customer service with uhaul. When the customer service representative told the lady over speaker phone that it was fixed in the system, she said “I won’t be giving them the truck because I don’t like them” Good thing it was recorded with her saying that with the uhaul customer service.All we did was ask for a print out of why the price was different. Turns out, it was a simple destination change. Worst Uhaul experience ever!

So we get there at 1pm mind you for our pickup for uhaul truck and they told us the truck never arrived at 10:30am. We never got a phone call or email telling us this. We don’t live in Fort Worth so it was a 30 plus minute drive to get this truck and wasted gas and time. This was very inconvenient due to us needing to pick things up today. A phone call or email would have been nice.

Absolute worst experience. Booked the uhaul a week before online and chose another location because of the bad reviews from this location. The morning I went to pick up the truck at the other location they tell me oh it's actually at the other location. No one sent me an email or anything to tell me it was at this location. Finally I arrive at this place and there are homeless men and others hanging around the place, 2 standing ‘guard' at the door. Felt extremely unsafe. The girl at the counter had no idea what she was doing, had to call someone to figure out how to get me the truck. 30 mins later we go out to get the truck, beer cans sitting on the back of it, and we drive off. We get to my place to load and there was a padlock still on the back of the truck. Drove back to the convienience store and took another 20mins for her to find the padlock keys. I thought it was over after I had finished loading my things in the truck when I get a phone call from uhaul saying that they are going to report this truck as stolen because the girl didn't finish the contract correctly and needed me to return with my credit card ( which had already been charged). I said heck no and they had a manager call me and sort it out over the phone and gave me 50$ off for my trouble. Turns out the girl had charged me for someone else's reservation! Moral of the story I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was awful from the beginning and it made my trip 2 hours behind schedule.

I rented a trailer and furniture dolly, paid up front, used it for 3 hours, and returned it after hours. I followed all directions for returning after hours and was told it would be processed in the morning. Apparently it was not processed correctly by Uhaul in a timely manner, making it appear late. I was contacted three different times about this, twice as a warning of an impending late fee. Both times I called them, they said they saw the problem, would fix it, and I would not have to pay. Then the third time was to tell me I was charged $58.44 to pay for the rental (which I had already paid up front) plus a $30 late fee. After calling them AGAIN, they said they would look into and get back to me, which never happened. Instead I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. This service is extremely disorganized and has failed to follow through on this illicit charge three different times now. I will NOT be using them again, and I recommend you find a different rental service, or at least a different location.
