This place is ghetto, unprofessional, and rents out faulty equipment. Instead of a phone call from the general manager as requested, they refund $10 for equipment that we couldn’t even use! LOL pathetic excuse for humans. Find a different job if you’re THAT miserable doing such a job as simple as yours.

Terrible customer service. Employees are rude, don't offer solutions, and smell like they just hotboxed the store. I get you probably hate your job, but offer a modicum of customer service, the bare minimum would've been lightyears better than what was given. I've been here twice, and both times, with different people, the experience was less than pleasant and will not be going back and will spread the word.

Worst customer service. The employees here are extremely rude, just as many other reviews have said. The employee didn’t even look up from his phone when I walked up to the desk and ignored my greeting. The entire interaction was filled with him giving me annoyed looks, sighs, and barely a word. Dropping off the truck later in the day was just as bad of an experience.
After decades of using U-Haul, this experience has convinced me to switch to other services. Here are better alternatives:
1. Penske Truck Rental: Unlimited mileage for one-way moves, with discounts for students and military.
2. Budget Truck Rental: Often offers lower rates and discounts.
3. Home Depot: Excellent for local moves, with no mileage fees for the first 75 minutes.

I was charged for a hand truck dolly that was never provided to me even though I had made the reservation two weeks in advance. The employee working the location didn’t want to help me with the check in process and in informed me they would remove the hand truck from my charges when I picked up the moving truck. They also did not offer me any alternative solutions. I had to drive 30 mins away to find a hand truck to rent last minute, despite my reservation and having prepaid for the hand truck. When I returned the moving truck I informed the same employee that I had to get the hand truck from another location and the same employee verified again that they would remove the original hand truck charge from my rental truck reservation/charge. The employee never removed the charge, I was charged for two hand trucks, and had to go excessively out of my way when I had pre planned to make up for uhauls own error. Won’t be using uhaul again or recommending this location to any friends, nothing about their process is customer service oriented or friendly.

Fast easy pick up. Equipment was ready and associate hooked it up to my truck. I forgot my plug adapter(7 to 4) and they had one on hand for me to purchase. Good experience, would recommend.

The location was changed on me overnight without anyone confirming with me. The app still displayed the original location on the homepage for pick-up, but when you clicked on pick-up it showed the new location.
The new location was 20 minutes in the opposite direction. When I arrived, the associate was my himself with a line of about 5 customers. When I finally got to the counter, he had to ask me to wait so he could move vehicles around so other customers could get out. I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to complete the vehicle moved.
This lead me to be late not only for the movers at my old location, but for the movers at the new location. The associate was great, but it’s unfortunate that all the customers had to wait because he was alone.
This may be the last time I use U-Haul, I be looking for other providers and share this horrible experience with friends and family.

When walking into the location it had an awful smell. The employee assisting me was rude and had an attitude. Was not helpful and had a demeanor that they did not want to be at work. He mumbled when asking questions and would get upset when he had to repeat himself. Acted as if I was interrupting his personal phone time since I needed to be assisted. If I could post 0 stars I would.

Manuel Mendoza and the whole crew were absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this location and the whole team. They really represent uhaul well. When I returned my truck they greeted me with “welcome back”! I was so pleased with everything today. I was pretty stressed out about the move and your team made it a pleasant experience.

Apparently at this U-Haul you got to unhook and unload your own trailer. Waited 15 minutes nobody came out. Finally I just unhooked it myself. I walked into the office and the two guys are sitting there eating and they said "oh we already checked you in". This place was not busy at all while I was there. Unprofessional and lazy
