Mr. Joe Rangel and his team were great to work with and they went above and beyond expectations to provide the best customer experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I am going to exclusively use JRs Professional Service for all Uhaul rentals in the future. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great service with a customized and personal business connection.

Quick and easy, treat you like a normal person here. Though the sign on door says to call and there’s a doorbell, you can actually just walk in they won’t answer either, kinda confusing and only flaw.

Let us reserve a truck in advance. WE called them 6 days before our move to ask a question and they let us know then that they didn’t have a truck and “having been meaning to call us.”

Worst experience! No one was there to show me how to hook up the trailer to my vehicle. I had to call several times to see when someone would be there…at first I was told no one would be there at all (during operating hours) and then I was told that it would be an hour and half that I would have to wait. I was told to just book somewhere else and I was hung up on! I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up a different trailer which made for a stressful day. I would recommend JR to take the word “professional” out of his business name.
