Loud & Impolite!!!
The black lady here is absolutely rude and in some ways obnoxious. We were sent over with reservations from another location because they didn't have a "15 truck. We proceed to an available counter where we were greeted by a white lady but the black lady just took over and started loudly telling us there were no trucks and we had to do the reservation by mobile. So, we go outside do the reservation by mobile (there were trucks available) then returned and proceed again to the white lady at the counter because of course the black lady was still with the same customers she had when she butted in before. We continue with our reservation and agent chose the keys for the available truck. The black lady then comes over and grab the keys and says that her customer had reservations for a week we just made ours. RUDE!!!!
Everyone just looked at her in confusion even her coworkers because we were all wondering, what exactly was her problem?
Apparently, this is normal behavior for her since a few of her coworkers came and apologized on her behalf and thanked me for writing this review. One of them called her a "CANCER" and I'm beginning to think its true. Her rudeness and negativity just eats away at your joy and any positivity. Wow, this was too much!!!!
BY THE WAY, I'VE LEARNED THAT HER NAME IS TASSENY. She's not a happy person!!!!

Melissa was incredibly incompetent! She misinformed me and i ended up losing $80... I was told i would be getting the credit back and then they refused to give me the credit because it want documented. Pick a different uhaul.

I was never told my rental was only for 32 miles. Mind you I was moving from Fort Worth to Irving. I made multiple trips to move my belongings and had to pay $1 per mileEXTRA! I paid a $100 deposit and was told I still owe them $3.70 cents. U-HAUL IS A JOKE. Should have just paid for movers and it would have been less.

The truck was clean and ran smoothly. I have no complaints about the rental at all. My only issue was that I turned in the truck with 3 minutes to spare in the designated location and gave the keys to the female worker. I asked was there anything else on my end I needed to do and she said no everything else is handled electronically. However, I received a phone call the following day from a male worker asking me when was I going to return the truck. When I told him the truck was there he then stated he would call me back. I gave a little time and called back myself and was told by another female worker that the truck was exactly where it was supposed to be and she apologized for the mistake.

The truck was a gas hog, and it seems to have a very bad driving. Also, Oscar seemed very uptight and had an attitude which did not seem friendly at all. The other two African Americans were a lot nicer, Oscar seemed like a drama queen with all honesty and it is not comfortable to deal with someone with his attitude. Finally, I rented many uHaul but this truck seems to have an engine issue is it was extremely loud and shaky. The truck did not seem safe to drive, I was hoping that it doesn’t die on us while driving.

Make sure you document everything. I put gas back in a whole 10 dollars for 12 miles driven, which was under the original 20 that was said and app wouldn't let me do a return. This for a grand total of 232 plus 61 for gas even though I gased it back up. Now I have to sleep in my car for few days thank you uhaul. Single mom got robbe. Smh
