I called to make a reservation and they flat out refused to make me one, citing "their system was down", wouldn't make me a physical form, or unofficially reserve one either saying, "we have plenty that will be available tomorrow". When I showed up the next day, they had NO trucks available. And basically said, "Oh yeah, we reserved all of them yesterday after you called. Sorry. Can't help you. Good luck."

The customer service is lacking compared to previous experience. The manager is a great guy but some of the guts working the yard are grumpy. Maybe it's the 104° heat so I'll change it from a 3 to a 4.

do not rent from this location!I rent from Uhaul EVERY WEEK and have never seen this bad of customer service.I will drive the extra miles to rent from another location.

Uhaul always great when moving or needing a trailer or car hauler boxes blankets to protect glass or damage just alot of different things really

Better to goto uhaul on person than order online. You never know if they have certain boxes that they sell in stock. They are cheaper than Amazon on a lot of the inventory.
