If you need to reserve a U-Haul please go and see Shelby she is amazing. She has great customer service, she is a very kind Customer Service Representative and she has great knowledge of the services and products. She was very nice, kind and empathetic. This place is a scam. Don't rent a Uhaul from them. The front desk woman will not tell you that there is a 102 dollar deposit until after they charge your card. She is rude and lazy and is more worried about feeding her face and watching TV than doing her job.

Showed up to return rental at 9:30am waited till 10am, no one around. Business hours posted 9am - 5 pm. Had to call Uhaul 1 -800 # for another location to return. Would not recommend this location.

First truck wouldn't start. Gave us a different truck at a higher rate hours later that also wouldnt start during our move then charged double for not being back on time. Never was offered or got the $50 for them failing to give us our reserved truck

apparently they are accusing me to not to return a truck yesterday, when I returned at the exactly time agreed, they didn’t want to call the crew yesterday to find out “where the truck is” because they crew for Sundays was off today so now I am a thief really??? Why do I need that truck ?? Seriously?? That’s a horrible service never never again

The guys were very helpful getting my rental taken care of both at check in and drop off and getting me on my way. This is the 3rd time since August we've been a customer and the service has always been great. Have and will go back if I need a rental in the Ft Worth/Keller area.

They need additional help at this Location. I am here to rent a truck, and this is the second time that I have shown up. They keep leaving the office, I guess that they are on the property. Get help.
