Have been coming here for years, today was my first experience with Karla. I had a pedicure and her service was 5 star⭐️ . She was quick to offer me a beverage, and asked me how hot I want my water (I love it HOT) so that was great. The entire pedicure service was great, from the massage, to the shape of my nails to the polish. I’m recommending my family and friends ask for KARLA 💅✨

I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. When the nail technician arrived she spilled food on the floor, which was not fully cleaned up. I repeatedly asked for a regular polish change, but they kept pushing gel. The final result had air bubbles and was poorly done, so I won’t be returning.

I love coming here. I've been to many different nail salons in this area and I feel I have truly found my place. Ivan is my nail guy. He does a wonderful job no matter the challenge. I love getting my toes done by Vinny. She always has a beautiful smile on her face. Always makes me feel welcomed.

I made an appointment for 4 people at 2pm. It was for 4 pedicures and 2 manicures. When we came in and told them about the appointment the lady looked behind her at the chairs, said “oh!” and then walked away. Nothing else was said to us about waiting or anything. We aired for about 20 minutes to go to chairs.
The chairs were great. They actually massaged you not just beat you up.
The services we had were 1 jelly pedicure, 3 deluxe pedicures and 1 royal manicure. I was the last to get started on my pedicure and somehow the first to finish even though 2 others in our party got the same service/pedicure I did. I sat for another 15 minutes with no water or anything. Others in my party got water quickly. The leg/foot massage I received was subpar. The hot stones weren’t hot. And she didn’t paint all of one of my toe nails. I had to request a manicure once my pedicure was finished (not a big deal, just know you may have to speak up for services). My husband never got his manicure. We mentioned it and it never happened so we just got up to pay for the services we did receive.
Emma did my manicure and my husband’s pedicure and both were pretty good. The massage portion was AMAZING for both of us. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his pedicure with Emma.
I don’t really understand how this was rated one of the best in Ft. Worth in 2024.

I waited a week and a half to review to be sure I am not overreacting. I am not. The eyebrow wax is worse than you can imagine. My brows are thin, all I needed was to clean up the peach fuzz and a tiny bit of shaping below. She took off the entire inside corner of one brow, the peach fuzz isn't cleanly removed and left half-removed stubble, she made holes where there weren't any and left many hairs below the bottom edges. She trimmed them with scissors and left short hairs that stick straight out and can't be tamed with gel. Yes, I looked at them but I didn't have time to put on my glasses and the room was dark. She rushed me out, none too nicely, because she'd left a client mid manicure. She didn't speak any English so I couldn't communicate with her during the wax. My brows are humiliating.

Vivian was amazing! I have never had such a great experience. She took her time and was very gentle with me. It was my first time in a long time to do something for myself and it was extremely special and rewarding. I cannot recommend a better place. Everyone there was friendly and kind. And anyone who walked in the door they helped. Wonderful place wonderful people!

I love getting my nails done here! The TCU discount is great and the staff is wonderful. My tech tonight had to stay 30 mins past closing to finish my nails and still took her time and gave a fantastic foot massage. Highly recommend!
