Surprisingly a very easy process. I was expecting a headache but nope, customer service was super friendly (except one but I'll give her a pass) and always willing to answer all of my questions. The price was also reasonable to ship roughly 1200 miles. Loading/Unloading was simple except adding/removing the bulkhead doors was a hassle; but with three people (2F/1M) and having to purchase additional locks since there is only a small hole to fit (I wish I would have thought of zip ties), it can be done! My only issue is that the footage was extremely difficult to decipher. We stopped at 12 feet and they charged us 14. Could not dispute since we had already started unloading. However, I would definitely recommend U Pack.

We moved from Texas to North Carolina with upack and it was a very good experience.They are clear in the quote and instructions they give. Communication was great and each step went as they said on time! There were no surprise costs. They did exactly what they said they would and it was a smooth process! Would definitely recommend.

I, personally, had a great experience with U-Pack. I moved from Texas to California and the entire process was easy and flawless. Everyone I spoke with on the phone from scheduling to delivery was professional and nice. The guys who dropped off my pod in Texas as well as the guys who picked it up in California were very friendly. Nothing was damaged and their timelines for pick up and delivery were completely accurate. I would use them again and highly recommend!

1st time to use them and we had a great experience. Customer care was responsive, the delivery was as scheduled, and the drivers were courteous. Scheduling pick-up and drop off was easy. I highly recommend them.

This is our 3rd time using U Pack. Florida to Texas and Texas back to Florida! Go figure… Anyways all 3 times have been just great. Super good customer service ,value and safety of our belongings.Funny thing the day we had ours delivered, someone a few blocks over was also getting there’s delivered . We also got them picked up on the same day. They were also very satisfied.Thank you very much!

The Upack representatives on each end of our move were exceptionally responsive to our needs. The pricing was very reasonable. You are getting an empty trailer to load so how good the company's service is the key and for us this is where Upack shined.

Very professional and punctual.. Very flexible about dates and schedules.. You can book in advance and can reschdule it if required.. Team is very responsive and will try to help as best as they can.. Charging policy is very convinient, you pay what you use... No hidden cost... And last but not the least, it is the cheapest and most reliable moving service. I'd like to thank U-Pack to make my move hassle-free and will surely use in future and recommend their services to my friends and colleagues.

I had a great experience with UPack moving from Texas to Wisconsin. Every quote I got from long distance moving companies was extremely overpriced (between 8k - 19k). UPack was fairly priced (3.5k for 27' truck) and the communication was top notch. The best part is that once you pack your trailer, you lock it up and no one unloads it into a holding warehouse, things were just as I left them when we got to the other side. Would use them again!

I reserved for a 16-foot tailgate truck, and when I picked it up, unlike what it said on the website after making the reservation. It was utterly empty on gas. It also had a big dent on the tailgate itself.
