This Ulta location was good. Customer service was excellent, friendly, and helpful. I was looking for the bum bum cream and easily found it. I will be visiting as I need self care items.

Store associates aren’t helpful at all. You ask them if they could show where an item is and they just point in that direction. Very poor customer service. I see why Sephora stays packed. The young ladies there have excellent customer service….

This place seems to have an underlying layer of prejudice. One only gets the misfortune of experiencing if they're black. I've come here twice, and both times, the women working here go above and beyond to make the experience as unwelcoming as humanely possible.
First time, I walk in not an acknowledgement or hello from the multiple women at the entrance but best believe the people that came behind me received a chorus of 'hellos' and 'how can I help yous'. Then I move to an aisle where associates are chatting and pretend im nothing more than another product on the shelf. Then, again, I drop something by accident right next to an associate, and she looks at me and quickly looks away. It wasn't until I had multiple products and about 15 mins later that someone came and asked if I needed help and offered a shopping bag.
Then again, the same experience today, except there was a woman directly at the entrance that looked away when I walked in, greeted the people behind me, and at no point was I acknowledged while shopping.
And that's not adding how unfriendly the cashier was, not so much as a hello or thank you.
Bottom line, if you're black, maybe find somewhere else to go unless you wanna be treated like we're still in the 1960s (pre Civil Rights Acts).

Was qouted $30 for a mens standard cut. It was $47 at the register and they asked what the tip was before they showed me the trick price. Paid $52 for a quick in and out men's cut. Bait and switch. Be careful! This store is in the ghetto and they definitely act like it.
