If you have investments and need a bank account to deposit your money in this is not the bank account you need.. They closed my account and sent my funds back to my investment accounts and closed my UMB bank account for receiving money in the amount of $13,500.00 in two transactions..

Great place to do business and personal banking. The manager and staff are great. They provide a wonderful personal banking experience that has become lost in this day and age. I highly recommend doing business with UMB in fort worth.

This branch has great employees and It is a wonderful facility. I get top notch service when I Go there and The employees are Extremely friendly. They know me by name and I know them by name also. I would recommend this UMB branch to my friends if they ever wanted to change banks!

They are not very user friendly. I received my Visa card for my health savings account. It wouldn't let me enroll on my phone, and our computer broke. I called to activate it and set my pin. I then tried to check my balance to use the card, but it kept saying my pin I JUST set was invalid. Of course tomorrow is Sunday so I wont be able to resolve this until Monday. Very frustrating.

Highly Recommended!! I was blown away by the Banker service, knowledge, and helpfulness. The feel of a hometown Bank with numerous banking products to meet my needs. They know my name and that really makes a difference to me!
