Weak communication and website guidance from this CU. I applied for a CD and received an email acknowledging receipt of my application. After hearing nothing further for over a week, I called the customer service line and was told that my application was on hold since I did not also apply for basic membership with a standard savings/checking account. The website did not direct me on the necessity to do this when applying for the CD and no one attempted to contact me to let me know on this. I had to do the follow up. Due to this poor service I decided to move on, cancelling my application with Unity One. I chose another CU. Everything was handled on line and confirmed back within 30 minutes of the submission of my application. There are lots of CU choices. Pick one that is buttoned up.

I've had a good experience with this bank. The tellers were very friendly and helpful.

Staff is awful. Went to open an account and the staff was more pushy than a car salesman. Said I would bring my ID back with the application. The moment I sat down, 2 ppl come from separate offices to insist on my forms of ID and the pen hadn't even touched the paper yet. Not to mention the rude service. I'll pass on this credit union.

Unity One is a very antiquated bank. They offer little services on line. If you use snail mail and or fax, do not use the internet, then Unity One is the bank for you. If you do not want anything resolved via online, this is the bank for you. I did not know businesses still utilize fax and mail only for certain services. No 24 hours banking to resolve issues. I have been a member for years thinking they might change with the times. However, they seem they have gone backward.

Terrible banking system if the personnel inside are jealous or somehow doing worse then you they’ll find a way to make your day worse or harder. It’s ok for teenagers getting out of high school but if ur an adult looking for a reliable bank this ain’t it

The customer service with this company couldn’t be worse! The supervisor Sidney hung up in my face and was truly awful, you guys, please do not do business with this place for your own sake.

I arrived an hour before close with a small container of change only to be told that the coin machine was closed and wouldn't be reopened until Monday. So the coin machine has separate hours? This is beyond stupid. They also expect members to pay a 3% fee. I closed my accounts.

Wow, after reading the reviews online I see a lot of complaints but hardly any specifics. When my job relocated us to TX from Idaho, my wife and I searched for a shared branch and found this was a close location. We actually opened up an account with another Credit Union closer to home but it was not a keeper. So we did the shared branch for a few years. Our Credit Union in Idaho was bought out and yet retained its old name, but things change from mergers and acquisitions with companies. We decided to open an account at Unity One as the people have always been friendly and helpful. When we tried to get a wire transfer I was informed by our bank in Idaho that the maximum I could transfer at a time was $1500.00 and a $20.00 fee for each transfer. Anyway, I had a cashier's check sent and deposited it into the new account at Unity One. I can not say how thankful we are to the staff since then and actually prior to that day. Samantha, Diego, and Pricilla have all been great. The other day we had to have a notary and there was NO charge for the service. Bottom line we have no regrets about opening up our accounts at this location, in fact, it is nice to see people still have a great sense of humor in this day in age.

I would not bank here if they paid me. I used to support credit unions but my experience with Unity One CU has soured that for all time. I have seen better customer support at Walmart!
