First time shopper at Untuckit. The salesman was extreamly competent and helpful. I like the general philosophy of their business model. Simple and consistent sizing is very helpful. Probably a little more pricey than I am used to but they had a good sale going on.

We are visiting the FW area. The manager (wish I could remember his name!) was amazing! Gave us impeccable service as well as some great ideas on must-do attractions in the area. He was so friendly & personable. Would give him 10 starts if I could!!

As a mid-thirties guy, I was a loyal Banana Republic shopper after working in retail there during my college days. The clothes were quality and nice, and the styles met my wants/needs. Fast-forward to 2024 and I can vehemently say that is no longer the case. UNTUCKit was a brand I was familiar of but had not worn and I was happy to know that there was a location in Clearfork near where we live in Fort Worth, TX.
I have been absolutely blown away by not only the style and fit of each shirt or pant I've purchased, but mostly the customer service at this location - led by Jay. They were very accommodating when my shipment of pants was derailed due to the recent hurricane and never arrived on my front porch (even though the tracking from USPS said it had so no clue what happened there). Jay was kind enough to have another pair expedited to me and didn't charge me an expedited shipping fee. So far the button ups, polos, and Tech Traveler pants have been my jam and I look forward to building up my UNTUCKit wardrobe over the next year. Cheers!

Jay at Untuckit Clearfork truly saved the day for me! I found myself in a last-minute scramble to assemble outfits for an upcoming conference, feeling overwhelmed and lost. Special shout out to Anthony who helped me pick out an attire I needed for an event. I tried on so many shirts to find the perfect one, and he was present and gracious through it all. This is by far the least pretentious yet still upscale and enjoyable men’s clothing store I’ve had the pleasure of shopping with. A good place for men looking to “up” their wardrobes game but don’t have any idea where to start. The pricing seems reasonable, and the selection of clothing is broad enough to cover most situations yet slim enough it’s not overwhelming even for a guy who doesn’t enjoy shopping, there’s just enough styles and variations for casual and business casual clothing. Jay was a pleasure to work with and made suggestions based on my feedback. I needed help making decisions on how to pair up different clothing items and Jay jumped in with advice without making me feel like a fashion idiot (which I am slightly less of now). I also liked that the example images of models sporting the brand used in store were a broad spectrum of bodies.
