It says it is a ups access point location but when I went in they said it wasn’t.

Ups has a horrible service, this people don't know how to do their job. I got 2 deliveries that got lost. Same adress and delivered to different places. I opened a complained and they argued that they have "proof of delivery"some random pictures of houses is not proof! I hope I never have to deal with this company ever again.

Hard to find unless they had a big sign out there you wouldn't know it's inside a CVS.

I went to my nearest UPS Access point to drop off a return and the CVS lady tells me they don't take returns at their location. They are pick up only so they refused to take my return . Next I had to find the nearest UPS Store.

UPS HAS BEEN HORRIFIC WITH DELIVERING PACKAGEs IN ONE PEACE AND PLEASING THE CUSTOMER WITH A BRAND NEW PACKAGE THAT THE CUSTOMER EXPECTS, THATS SUPPOSED TO BE WRAPPED AND MOVED AROUND SAFELY. MY LAST 3 PACKAGES HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO CARELESS EMPLOYEES AND CARELESS DRIVERS THAT DESTROY CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS THAT WE PAY $100s of DOLLARS FOR!!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST IF THERE ARE ANY WEBSITES OR ANY PARTICULAR PLACE YOU ARE ORDERING FROM, IF UPS IS THEIR DISTRIBUTORS “DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOOOOOTTT USE THEM!!!!!!
