Although the staff is professional and helpful. The prices are outrageous!! Color copies are almost $2.00!!!!! That’s crazy. I know the price of goods are increasing, but that’s ridiculous. The UPS stores must be independently owned because I’ve never paid that much in Mansfield. I will continue to do drop offs. Ask about pricing before you print or make a copy. Don’t assume it’s 0.30-0.50 cents. It’s not. ALMOST $2.00 per page. Crazy!!!!!!

My appointment was at 9. The store wasn’t even open yet. When they decided to open, the fingerprint technician wasn’t here. Let’s not forget I already paid for parking based upon my appointment time. Oh and I took time off from my job. The one worker here didn’t even know how to unlock the front door. Every question I asked, she didn’t even know the answer. Horrible customer service. If I could give negative stars…I would:

Okay so UPS USED to be good, now that they have changed staff, so has their values. My area is the LAST area they deliver too and sometimes it's so late that they don't deliver the package and I have to HOPE the same thing won't happen the next day. Today they avoided that whole situation by delivering my package to the WRONG address, this has never happend before and I did not know theybwould stoop this low! UPS prime has come and went because if they keep going like this...we need a new company or competition to pick up their slack because UPS has changed for the worse with all the changes they made.

Marcos, you are a saint!! UPS, give this man a raise or whomever oversees his salary! Best service I have ever had with UPS!! This location was on our way to/from where we were with friends and Marcos made it a point to help after they had just closed and take my Amazon returns. He was very personable and just overall friendly and welcoming. I will be making this my ups store even if it’s out of my way just for the experience I had tonight! Thank you Marcos!

system always seems to have issues about twice a month or so it goes down and is unavailable to return or scan amazon packages, I went this passed Sunday and they informed me of the system failure to be expected all week.
