Have two packages that have been "delayed due to severe weather" twice in a row with no severe weather anywhere near. (Changes from out for delivery to delayed around 3pm) Now I have to wait until Monday for them to reattempt delivery again but something tells me they are going to delay it again. Terrible I don't know why people use them.

Saw on the website you could schedule a delivery window. The package needed a signature, so I called and scheduled a time after 4 o'clock. The delivery came at 1 in the afternoon when no one was home. I called again, and they said they would reschedule for later that night. No one showed up. Called again, and they said they would deliver after 4 the next day. But again the delivery attemp was 12-1 o'clock.Finally got forwarded to the distribution center, and they called the driver and "asked" him if he could deliver after 4, and he said no! What the hell is going on with this place??!! Can you imagine seeing a commercial for pizza delivery and when you call, they say too bad you have to come get it?? I had to drive 40 min to the "customer center" to pick up. Why do you advertise being able to schedule a dilivery window if you will not honor it??

I had a parcel ‘delivered’ Friday from UpS from Macys. No where to be found even though they say it was delivered and there were orders from Amazon and Pennys right there on my doorstep. Now after spending endless hours with Macy’s they say because the parcel was ‘delivered’ the case is closed and im out of pocket !! Not at all happy. Never had issues before !

If you would like to be treated like you don’t matter and no one cares, this is the place to go. Ups posts that my package is out for delivery, then all of a sudden the notice says customer chooses to pick up the package. Track your packages people because if you don’t, it might not show up. By the way I never say I choose to pick up my packages because I have to drive about 45 minutes to this facility.

I would give zero star if I could. If you have a problem with your package, don’t call here, they won’t pick up. Certainly do not visit here, they won’t help you. Save your time and avoid UPS in this area if you can.UPS really should investigate this place. This place is giving the whole company a bad name.
