Passport photo I had taken here took 40 minutes to complete (very clunky process), cost almost $20, and it got rejected by the processing center for having a blue background and low exposure. Wouldn't recommend going here for passport or ID photos.

I had a truly exceptional experience with my Agent. She conducted herself with utmost professionalism and was an absolute delight to interact with. Despite my playful banter, she displayed an incredible personality and a sharp sense of humor that left me thoroughly impressed. I must admit, however, that I regrettably cannot recall her name, even though I frequently utilize other UPS drop offs, and the service has always been okay. This was my 1st time visiting UPS on Hulen.Nevertheless, I felt genuinely valued and appreciated by both her and your staff. It is quite possible that she was the store manager, as she exuded confidence in every task she undertook. Please accept my sincere apologies for not remembering her name. If I recall correctly, it may have been LUPE? I look forward to revisiting this location for my next business transaction, and I will apologize to you for not remembering

My favorite UPS Store! Everyone here is always extremely helpful. I dropped off 12 boxes today and they helped me get every single one out of my car, and it was freezing cold outside! I was dreading this drop off and they made it so easy!

1. Useless people. I needed to do a photocopy of my ID and it took her 40 minutes to do it.2. Sent some important docs with next day service which costs $40 and my package was delayed because they had misplaced it in the same store.3. They charge you almost $3 to send an email to them to print something. Noone has charged me before in other stores.

Will never go to that location again. The employee was rude and couldn’t calmly finish the transaction. She threw her hands up and walked into the back leaving me just standing there. This was all over taping up a box.
