I returned my AT&T internet equipment to this store to be sent back to AT&T. Over 2 months later AT&T charged me a $200 fee for not returning the equipment. I contacted this store on Camp Bowie to inquire if they had infact sent the equipment back. Their response was they don't keep any records. THEY OFFERED NO HELP RESEARCHING THIS ISSUE FURTHER. I'm sorry, this is is just bad businesd.

I came for help with a package and advised I had called a number and had already paid for tracking. They advised me they could not help me and call the number back. This location is crap and worthless and nobody knows anything. Thanks for the lack of help and now my package is totally lost

I came here to drop off a amazon return package. This place had the nerve to charge a computer rental fee of $2.95. I wont ever drop any amazon returns at ups or use ups anymore.
The employees weren't bad but i only wanted to print a return shipping label. I already got charged the $0.15 for the print but i didnt rent no dam computer. What a complete rip off! The other ups stores didnt charge me anything for amazon returns. No wonder amazon cut off business.

The attitude the employee gave me was gross. She started out fine but as I continued through the process to print and mail a few documents it got nastier. Very short like she didn’t want to be doing the job. I asked her to change her attitude with me. I’m not treating you disrespectfully so you’re not going to treat me disrespectfully. All in all it was going to cost me $20 something to ship a money order and 2 pieces of paper. I took my documents to USPS. The price along with the attitude are not going together. Next time I’ll go down to sycamore or further into hulen for the things I need from UPS. On top of that no name tag or anything was on her. It gets better though. Come to find out UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes which is where my documents were going. So 1 the rep tells me the system keeps trying to update the zip code to something else. I know the address I provided is correct as it came off of current government form. The back of the form I was mailing. So she asks me 3-4 times if I want to override it. Number 2 she never mentioned the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxew. That if anything the documents will encounter a delay as they try to change off to USPS for delivery. Sometimes it’s fine other times it is sent back to the sender. Also, doing it this way waives any UPS guarantees for insurance or delivery.

Every time I come to the store, the staff is always pleasant and professional. They get me in and out, and always offer a receipt. It seems that they love their job.
