Quick and convenient service! My home printer stopped working, so I went to the UPS Store, and they let me email to the store the document I needed, and they printed it out!

Please update the information regarding the affidavit service hours. Online, it states that they complete affidavits 30 minutes before closing. However, when I visited yesterday, I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and the young man on duty, wearing a serious expression, told me, “We stop at 6.” I mentioned that the website indicated they stop 30 minutes before closing, but he simply replied, “Nope, we stop at 6.”
I found this interaction quite rude; he did not smile or warmly greet me when I entered. In fact, none of the employees there offered a welcome or any courtesy. It would be very helpful if this information was updated online to prevent customers from making unnecessary trips.

Always incredibly helpful and polite. I've seen this location super busy more than once, but they do their absolute best to move everyone through in a timely manner.

The girl with red hair is rude as can be. Little effort on her part. She told me to pick up my package and put on other side of her register. LAZY!!! I took my package and left. I won’t be treated like that.

Just 3 amazon returns. Horrible customer service. Started with unintelligible, apathetic mumbling of directions. Ended with loud
mean teacher voice because i let her know that A. I couldnt hear her and B i didnt understand what she wanted me to do. Teo other employees apologized. Very rude!
