UPS lost my package and gave me a disrespectful response.
I paid $92 to ship a package from Dallas to Miami valued at $500-$600. It never arrived, and they only refunded me $180. The manager told me the clothing “was not of significant value” and then stopped responding. Terrible service, zero accountability. I do not recommend this l

Brian was so so helpful and super patient. My husband and I came in with a load of last minute gifts for multiple different destinations and he took his time to carefully help us pick the best shipping option and wrap each gift with care. While also being super friendly and easy going.

I just left this location. It is December 16 and I needed to mail a small package by Christmas, to Florida. The person behind the desk told me there was no guarantee to have it there by Christmas and the cheapest was $71. I left and drove a few miles to Fed Ex off of Western Center. The cheapest was $27 and would arrive by Dec. 19. Tell me again why I should use UPS? I WILL NOT. Thank you Fed Ex.
