The worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. They treat you like a peasant when you bring in clothes to sell. They offer hardly anything on top of that. The positive ? The store offers a great selection of clothing to purchase. The Burleson location has way nicer employees and everyone welcomes you there.

I love uptown!! I find all my best clothes at a fraction of the original price and there is ALWAYS new stuff every time I go! (Which is all the time :))

Was not greeted when I came in. Didn't say anything to me in fact till I finished my sign in. Was not friendly. Took 7 items for $20. Store was overcrowded with items. Hard to walk through. The organization was not like the rest of the uptown cheapskate I have been to and I wasn't a fan.

I learned a lot about consignment and make you an offer. Always use a consignment store for selling your items. The offer store offers are like 2.00 for this 5.00 for that OR you can have a store CREDIT FOR 12.00! Lol! Remember the store has overhead e rent wages utilities and might not sell your offerings or not sell for 45 days. The purchase price IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE SELLING PRICE IS SO KEEP THAT IN MIND. It's crazy how they know what to buy and what to reject and of course pricing. This store has a lot of merch and people are ripping thru there leaving a mess like a cyclone. You have to dig but you will find something and this pricing is good. I've had it with goodwill donations and that treatment of people and making it so difficult to get a tax credit when you are donating everything from dishes to art to clothing etc. So do try to strike a deal here for your gently worn shoes clothing and jewelry or go to a consignment store and make more.
