I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I arrived around 10:30 AM, and although the salon wasn’t busy, I still had to wait unnecessarily before being helped. I clearly explained that I only needed a polish change on my toes and dip powder for my nails, and I provided the colors I wanted. After waiting an additional five minutes, I asked if I could make a later appointment instead. At that point, the man at the front desk told me the nail tech was ready and directed me to the back.
While I was initially greeted with a smile, it was quickly followed by a rude comment. I tried to overlook it, assuming it might be a cultural misunderstanding. However, the nail tech continued chatting with another tech throughout the process, frequently stopping my service to engage in conversation. This became frustrating and felt unprofessional.
Then, before any real service had been completed, my nails had only been filed, I was asked to pay upfront. This is not how I prefer to do business. When I asked if there was a charge for what had been done so far, she said no. I left a $10 tip for her time and chose not to continue with the service.
I won’t be returning, and unfortunately, cannot recommend this salon to others.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. My nail tech was incredible—super knowledgeable, personable, and so kind. She took great care of me, and I absolutely loved how my nails turned out.
I also got a pedicure, and the Tech who gave me a foot massage delivered one of the best I’ve ever had. It was so relaxing and definitely added to the experience.
The salon is worth the drive for me, and I will absolutely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Came in for plain dip. It took the technician almost 2 hours to do that and they are bumpy and look terrible. She had to re-dip several after filing because she filed too much. To take almost 2 hours for basic dip is insane. I wont be returning.

Amazing experience, when I came into the shop it felt very welcoming! Unlike a lot of other nail salons. Everyone was extremely kind & the tech that took over my nails was efficient but great at her work. I got a classic French tip set & there has been no lifting or chipping away at the paint & it’s been 2 weeks already. Highly recommend!

I really contemplated whether to leave a review or not but decided I should.
I came in to get an acrylic set. The nail tech who helped me, I think her name was Micah, not 100% sure, was a short Hispanic lady. Everything started off smooth. I asked for a gold French tip, and she explained she could either use a black base with a metallic gold on top or go with a shiny gold. I didn’t like the shiny look, so I went with the metallic option.
I specifically told her to pls cut my cuticles. She said she doesn’t cut cuticles at all, she can only push them back, which threw me off, but I let it slide. Then I realized I was being overcharged. They rang me up for $85. I called it out immediately, and Scott fixed it. Apparently, it was a mistake on his part or hers, not sure who exactly. They did give me a little discount for removing the few leftover nails I came in with, which were just five nails with gel, and charged me $5 for that. Fair enough. Though for the record, I noticed another customer also had a billing issue. She got charged $70 just for polish, which didn’t make sense either. So yeah, double-check your bill before you pay.
The next day, I noticed the gold tip was already flaking off and the black base was showing through. So I went back to get it fixed. I sat down and the same nail tech walked over and came at me super rude and aggressive. She immediately told me she’d have to charge to fix it, saying nails aren’t meant to last forever. Mind you, this was less than 24 hours later.
I was calmly trying to explain the situation, this is just how I talk, and she cut me off telling me to lower my voice. I wasn’t yelling, just talking in my regular tone, and told her it was rude to say that. She didn’t care. She got defensive, started being dismissive, and honestly started showing some microaggressions and racist energy, both towards me and my friend who was with me.
I’m one of the calmest people you’ll meet. I have social anxiety, so I don’t even raise my voice like that. I was genuinely shocked that I was experiencing racism from a Hispanic woman. My friend had to step in and say something because the way she was talking to us was completely uncalled for. It got tense and she walked out on us.
Then the manager came over. She was actually super respectful and kind. She tried to calm everything down and fix the situation. She cleaned off the French tip and offered to do a cat eye design instead. I accepted since I had somewhere to be in a few hours. But honestly, it felt rushed. The job wasn’t great. The gel started looking chipped the next day and the edges weren’t done cleanly.
I have no complaints about the manager. She really did try to fix things. I think they were close to closing, so she was rushing too. But still, I feel like I wasted over $80 on nails that didn’t even last a day.
She mentioned she’d talk to the tech since she’s new. But I’ll say this clearly. If you’re a person of color, do not book with that short Hispanic lady. She is rude and racist, also she’s only good with nail art not normal nails. Point blank.

Loved my first visit here! The place is super clean and cozy, and the service was amazing. The owner is really friendly and welcoming — made me feel totally at ease. Prices are super reasonable and clear, no surprise charges at all.
My nails turned out so cute — the shape, color, and details were perfect. You can tell they really take their time and care about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and telling my friends too! 💅😊

I really like this nail salon! The environment in the store is very clean and tidy, and the staff are very polite, professional and attentive. Every time I do my nails, I can feel their dedication, whether it is color matching, style design or detail processing, I am very satisfied!
I especially recommend Katherine, she has very good skills, the styles she makes are not only beautiful but also very durable, and there is no sense of heaviness at all. She also gives matching suggestions based on my hand shape and skin color, which is very considerate.
And the whole process is very relaxing, there is no sales, and the price is very reasonable. I feel it is a pleasure every time I come here, it is definitely a nail salon I will keep visiting ❤️
