They don't care about losing customers evidently. I buy Geek Vapes every 2 weeks. Strawberry Banana and Orange Dreamsicle. The last 2 of the orange have been defective. The battery drains extremely fast like everytime I take a hit it goes down a point. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I went in today and the guy said not sure I can do anything unless you were buying another. Why would I buy another when I have already paid for 2 and they were defective. He then said buy a different flavor. I don't want a different flavor, I want to know that what I pay money for works properly. I have wasted money on 2 already and since they don't want to do anything or even make sure the rest don't have same issue then I will spend my money elsewhere. Not good customer service.

I went into this location to get 2 vapes was charged over $53. My brother went in 7 days later and bought the same vapes and was charged $40 when I asked the manager “if I buy 2 vapes how much are they” his response was “$40” I asked did this sale just start he stated “NO” I then asked the manager why was I charged a different price (showed pics and proof) he stated that I had to ask for a promotion or he only help people that does not have enough money. I then asked him how does he determine if a person has enough money or not (he was unable to answer). This was in every way unprofessional and very disturbing and y’all have stolen money from me at this point. Nothing was offered for the discounted not even an apology. Ive never went into an established and had to ask for a promotion for it to be applied to my sale VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL TOOKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Had the battery for my flashlight instock and found it also charged. Price acceptable with equal service. Allegedly the upper level did pay nicely paired with a cold soda.

The employees here are incredibly friendly! Toby gave me a lot of assistance and took great care of me. They recently expanded their collection and completely renovated the establishment. Great vibes here.

I love this smoke shop, I drive past a handful of similar stores just to get to this one. And I’m so excited because they’ve expanded and added tons more inventory! Good variety, great prices and helpful staff. If they don’t have exactly what I’m looking for they are willing to order it.

Love this store . I have been going there for yrs and they have sold me two of the best vapes I ever owned. Unfortunately some one stole both of them while I was working. Chris is the sweetest sales person ,she is one of the reason I will continue to return. Chris has helped me find everything I need vape wise. Great place great price!!!@@
