I had such an amazing experience thanks to Denetra! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Denetra explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
She’s not only a true professional but also a wonderful human being. It’s rare to meet someone who treats you with that much kindness and respect while still being incredibly efficient. If you get the chance to work with her, consider yourself lucky—you’ll be in great hands!

Oh my lord the woman working the Front was terrible. i told her i was unsure about what i was doing or needed. so i left it unstamped in case i did it wrong(which i would have if i did), but i need to send it “certified mail” and i know im supposed to get a “green receipt”. I did not say anything about return receipt which Is also green after 5 minutes of trying to sarcastically be helpful and trying to get me to go to the back of the line because people piled up. I felt like she tried to make me feel stupid…when i said i don’t know what I’m doing.
Guess what she hands me? A GREEN RECEIPT THAT SAYS “CERTIFIED MAIL” my poor wonderful mailman probably has to work with her

Denetra Is rude as all get out. When I come in now she refuses to help me, tells me that I need to go to a different post office because she doesn’t want to help me. She’s the only person I ever have a problem with and she’s always rude to myself and others. It’s gotten to the point where we have to drive 3+ miles out of our way just because of what we need to do at the post office. I shouldn’t have to wait for Rey or the other really nice lady that works there to come back, or the manager (who has also been nice to me.) I hate leaving a negative review because one person has such a sour mood on certain days. Right now she’s mad because her coworkers are either out on leave or vacation. As they rightfully deserve! She also deserves vacation time too, which I know she also gets. I’d get it if it were the holiday season, but right now it’s not. I’m amazed she’s in a customer service position, when she bad mouths her coworkers to other patrons, is rude to mostly anyone that comes in the door, and acts nice to certain customers, but others she’d give two craps less about and is rude to. Its the post office, not a high school 🙄

also said I can’t send a cell phone internationally but usps website says otherwise.

Why is that when you call a number that is supposed to be answered by a postal worker . It never gets answered. It just rings until there is a busy signal. Now that is a mess I know there are people in that place every more at 7 am and no one is going to answer a phone . Yet they are on their cell phones . I just wanted to get a new set of keys for my mailbox and now I'm not able to .

My outgoing mail has been sitting, in my mail slot, waiting to be picked up, for 3 days now. This happens OFTEN. I’ve had it not picked up for as long as a week. When I try to call y’all, no one answers and there’s no way to leave a message. I’m very pro the postal service, but this is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve had bills be late because my mail wasn’t picked up. It’s ridiculous.

Don’t go to this post office. The lady that is there is so rude. She doesn’t have any manners. She’s always talking bad about the customers. The attitude And the service I got from her today was disgusting. Ray is a great man and a great person. Thank you for your hard work Ray.

I walked in wanting to pay my po box rent. Mind you I'm from Mississippi and I still pay it every 6 months even though I'm in Fort Worth. She was attitudinal about me paying, saying "we don't do that here" A LIE!!!She said I couldn't pay in Fort period. A LIE, as I told her that I did twice as I've been here 2 years. I told her maybe their location might not, bit of course it's possible because I've done so twice since I've been in Texas.If she wasn't so busy trying to be cut with that big bump at the end of her nose, and at least tried to see, I wouldn't have dared to give 0 stars.She asked for a box number, but not the zip, she just didn't want to. STUPID government worker...

Horrible service. I ordered a package and they posted it as delivered before it even got here. Same thing happened numerous time lasts year. Normally when I pay for shipping, it uses Amazon delivery or fed ex. But usps has the worst service for finding and receiving packages
