Nothing against this location in particular. Just needed to voice my frustration with USPS. Paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been over 2 weeks, package still hasn’t arrived.

By far, they are the most friendliest ladies that I've had. The pleasure of dealing with i'm fifty years old.I've been through a lot of post office in the metroplex. I am a Hispanic, these 2 ladies were by black. Younger. I like to joke around and these ladies. It took it very well, the first thing I said was what you're eating without me. And she said, yeah, I'll turn the sandwich around and you can have your own bite. How friendly was that with a smile?. And they even asked me to come back whenever I like. They were very nice and polite. I usually don't get that at the Post Office. It was great to see.

Great customer service! Our regular mail man is awesome and staff at office actually do answer the phone and follow up.

Mailman folded my college diploma IN HALF. It says in big letters on the front "OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS-BE GENTLE DO NOT FOLD."
It's infuriating how STUPID a person can be. Most government civilian workers are the laziest, most incompetent people you'll ever meet.

Worst customer service ever. This lady (clerk #10) has some serious issues. It's crazy how a little power gets to people's heads so fast. She found a way to complicate something so simple. The sad thing is that USPS won't do anything about this.

Can someone help me find out about a package, they sent it as a regular package more than 10 days ago, I visited the office where I sent it and they tell me that without a tracking number they cannot know where my package is, I have the invoice present and they do not answer since I don't speak English, it makes it even more difficult for me since it is a legal document that I need to deliver at the time of sending it. They didn't ask me questions if it was express shipping or something. They only charged me $2. If anyone can help me, I will be grateful.

Bad experience- Just left - only 1 Employee was working and he was moving the speed of a slug while treating everyone pretty piss poorly. Had two kids in my arms and he couldn’t refrain from rolling his eyes at me saying hello after taking thirty minutes on like 3 people? - Nah, I’ll try the one across town.

Tried calling because I’ve had a letter in my box for over a week with the flag up, mail still being delivered, outgoing not taken.This is the most infuriating awful automated phone system I have encountered in my entire life. Spent 5 minutes trying to navigate it before it just hung up on me.

1 person working but the guy Rick made sure everyone was taken care of. Management can do a better job with having more people especially on Fridays
