Just lazy, I have 5 steps all together that the mailman has to climb. But instead he walks up to the bottom step and throws the packages on the porch. Doesn't even attempt to come up the steps. All while talking on his phone. There must be some kind of guidelines that they are supposed to follow

On yesterday in my apartment the postman decided to start putting my stuff in other people boxes saying that he was just stuffing away instead of just reading it and see what box it goes in he only put two items in my box but I was missing six items and still missing one so that let me know that he's been doing this for a while because every time I order something I always missing something they always say that it's in the box and when I go check it's not in the box so he's putting people mail and other people boxes and that's not cool

Shout out to Mike high I was stuck on the street he was on with a flat tire his generous self stopped and seen if I needed help . He took time out of his time to help me . He put on my tire for me , shout out to Mike we appreciate your kind gesture THANK YOU MIKE HIGH !!! Yall have a great employee!!

3 times my package was marked as delivered and I never got them. Filed a claim and I was denied. I'm tired of losing my money. I will be filing a claim. With Consumer Advocate and contacting the USPS Inspector General. If that does not work I will sue USPS through the FTCA.

The worst customer service I have ever got. If you don’t like your job and don’t know how to handle calls, then you can quit. You’re not doing us a favor this is your job to handle our problems. We have paid to get our parcels, it’s not free. It’s not hard to be respectful. No one deserves to be treated like trash just for asking for help.

I live in an apartment complex and unfortunately people in this complex enjoy stealing packages. I do not understand why the delivery person cannot knock on my front door. It is very frustrating when I do not get my package because some lazy postal person cannot even knock on my front door and my package gets stolen. I really hope someday all employees at the post office including drivers will be replaced with robots. I hope the people who create these robots will program them to knock on the person’s door.

Been to this post office as it's closest to the place I am living, read the reviews and prepared myself.. Astonishingly, it was quite the opposite, staff (both ladies) behind the counter were very calm and collected. They answered all questions I had. Helped me with my query and helped me fill out the forms that I needed. I've been there a few times and have not experienced long lines or rudeness. Thank you for helping me.

Gloria is so sweet and friendly. I was having an issue with getting my mail and she promptly assisted me. Her customer service care is excellent.

Terrible, the are rude and never answer the phone. & when they do they hang up or gaslight you into thinking it's YOUR fault the mail carrier didn't deliver your package.

Every time I’m forced to go to this post office because it’s the closer to my place of business it is by far the worst experience. Everything from the look of that place to how the employees behave. A simple question seems to lead to attitude. I’ve been told I can’t send packages a certain way when at any other location I have zero issues. The people in the area aren’t the friendliest either and I’ll leave it at that.
