Never ship valuable stuff or expensive item here.February.16.2024 around 12:18 pm my girlfriend ship a box of snack and gaming laptop at this USPS location both box got accepted Estimated Delivery Date is Tue 02.20.24 the snack make it to my house without any problem but the laptop still showing as Accepted USPS in possession of item FORT WORTH, TX 76161 February 16, 2024, 12:18 pm I have been tried to call several times but nobody answer the phone it end up to the voicemail Can’t believe how they able to miss 10 lbs Packages.

These people are thieves. I shipped a 14 volume commentary set of books and the box showed up empty in California. So this facility had cut the box open and stolen 14 hardcover books and it is impossible to make a claim with usps. The instructions are rhetorical babel and there are no forms available to fill out.

Schedule an appointment for my 3 kids to get their passports. We walked in at our appointment time and the lady says”oh no you will need to make another appointment if you didn’t pre fill your paperwork” you are gunna put me past 4 o clock schedule another appointment.It literally took two minutes per form! BtwThen I go in an ask for a manager the lady I asked was rude for no reason. She went and got manager. Manger sticks her head around the corner like I was an inconvenience to her!Down right awful customer service in this location!

Won't stop taking my package back to Tennessee.after I get notified that my package makes it back to my Post office and I wait to pick it up the next day and I get told the token it back to fort Worth.

Worthless.... Cannot reach anyone by phone went to get a package that was late and showed to be there and this arrogant acting idiot behind the counter said "you can't pick up packages here"! Is this not a USPS center??? USPS is completely worthless.... Drove over an hour there and back for a late package and it is sitting there and they won't let me have it...

LABEL CREATED, NOT YET IN THE SYSTEM FOR WEEKS?? I've called. I get no answers. "It's not a usps tracking number" I've tracked this package for a month for it to get to my city all the way from over seas.. but as soon as it gets here my package is untraceable?!?! This seems to me like my package has been STOLEN!! I AM beyond furious! I get no answers. This Federal company USPS wants to change a tracking number for every parcel from another country etc. But for what reason?!? This is ridiculous! I could track it until it gets here?? Why on earth can I not get HELP?? My seller says to contact yall but yall can't do anything bc the tracking number has not been changed for USPS?? I KNOW this company forgets to even scan in parcels. So my item just vanishes are you serious???? I ordered this item Nov 8th 2023.. it was dropped off in my city Dec 31 and POOF NOTHING... label created, not yet in system tells me it was knowledge of knowing a package was needing to be intercepted/scanned/put in system.. don't blame the seller. They did their job. Do yours usps!! Scan my package and give me my rightfully owned parcel! I'm sick of this Unprofessional FEDERAL establishment that is so careless of their people in the community. We are not customers we are human beings that deserve their mail/packages!!!! We do not get a choice to use another mail carrier, we have to rely on this company for some of our most important documents and packages to safely come through this company to our homes!! This is utter disgusting to do this to someone in the community and I know it's not just me!! GET IT TOGETHER!!

I have used this location multiple times and they have always been efficient and helpful. Even trying to help someone the other day working with a couple cards short of a full deck. Thank You service people at USPS on Mark IV, ft worth

NEVER use their self service box. ALWAYS get a receipt and drop it off with an employee, they’ll push you to use their self service box to help with the wait but never do it. Made the mistake of dropping off a cracked iPhone that needed to go back to the carrier and 99% sure it was stolen by an employee. It’s now been 3 weeks with no update on the tracking number. When I asked an employee why it was taking so long to update, she advised because it was hazmat it could take up to a week but she always recommends dropping it off to an employee. She had a look on her face that suggested because I didn’t get a receipt and was in the self service box, it was probably stolen but she obviously couldn’t say that directly. I’ve opened an internal investigation with all stores USPS and this location specifically and they cannot find the package.. probably because it was taken. LolWell, now I need to pay retail price for a cracked phone because it was never received by the carrier. USPS seriously needs to look into what people they hire and who is emptying the self services boxes. Pretty sure I’m not the first, nor will I be the last. BE AWARE.

. Obviously I’m a resident here in Ft Worth & I’m so upset that this is the main hub for most packages that come from another state/country. Lately (about 3 + months) packages have been processed late (when customs pay extra for an earlier shipping date), packages have been sent to other usps locations out of the state once this usps has processed my packages. If there a way that you can avoid Melody Hills USPS you’ll do yourself a favor. I rather pay extra for UPS or FedEx. If the problem continues come holiday season, it’ll be a a bigger problem for you all to solve. Best regards.

I order a package that sat in this place for 4 days before being moved. The only place that held up my package, every place else had it in and out in 1 day and a half TOPS. 4 DAYS!? Ridiculous ?

My mail was in the post office the whole day and now its closed and its closed tomorrow too, and i have to wait till monday afternoon to receive something so little like a piece of paper, it should've been delivered today if its been there since 8 am or atleast a way for me to pick it up. But I cant even contact no one either, it goes to an automatic answering machine. Very bad service, very dissapointing. i thought usps was the fastest delivery service, i was mistaken i will be using other delivery services next time.

12-16 photos, a letter and a birthday card were sent from Solano, CA addressed to me in Ranger Tx (less than a 2 hr drive from Fort Worth). The mail made it across the US but returned was a torn, scrunched envelope from Fort Worth Post Office to the sender. The envelope was torn/ scrunched up and not one photo, card or letter enclosed with a form letter attached to the torn envelope. The extra postage wasn't even reimbursed. I had to get a phone call from CA explaining photos of my deceased parents are "no where" to be found. Ripped or scrunched the photos should had been returnable. But no one tried.Machines malfunction, people make mistakes, but to not try and retrieve the photos is unacceptable service.

second package that came out of this post office shipped wrong . Re train all your mail sorter or re-hire people who can read. First package was sent to Georgia box was smashed and all broken now the second package was shipped to South Carolina was suppose to be delivered yesterday and still do not see tracking info where it is at. Give your sorters a map so they know where the States are located that they are shipping too . I do not think the know the Geography . Michigan is not on the Gulf nor is it located on the East Coast. But since USPS Gov.. Im sure they dont even read these post and dont care as long as they get there pay check. Poor service

Ok I have a load, more trouble with broker then anything. But FYI docks are outbound in evening till 7am. OUTBOUND ONLY. I arrived at 1am per broker and found my original appointment has been canceled and no new time. So no bad marks for usps but shame on broker.
