Went to this post office to gain my key to my mail box at my new address. Was told “we are out of keys” and was given office number to call to check when they would get some in. Clerk could not tell me when they were expecting in or anything else. I go to call today since I have mail in my box now that is needed and no one answers the phone. How am I supposed to call and ask if they have gotten keys in if no one answers the phone….

This post office is a nightmare and easily the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Last month, I visited to get a lock replaced for my HOA community’s USPS-owned mailbox, a requirement after moving to Texas. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks. A month later, after paying for the service, nothing has been done. Zero progress, zero communication.
The facility itself is a disaster. The building is run-down, parking is nonexistent, and the staff is beyond unhelpful. Expect to wait forever at the counter—when someone finally shows up, they’re often glued to their phones, acting like you’re an inconvenience for daring to need assistance. The vibe inside is chaotic and unwelcoming, to put it mildly.
To make matters worse, this isn’t even a full-service post office. They don’t accept payments, so I had to bounce between two locations—one to request the lock change, another to pay, and back again to pick up keys for a lock that still hasn’t been installed. It’s an absurd, time-wasting process.
Don’t bother calling for help—they won’t answer. The phone system just directs you to the website’s FAQ page and hangs up. Problem is, my issue (like many others, I’m sure) can’t be resolved online. As someone who works nights and sleeps during their operating hours, I’ve had to sacrifice sleep to come in person, only to be met with indifference and no results.
This post office is a complete failure—understaffed, disorganized, and utterly incapable of delivering basic services. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and sanity

Was told to come here to get a key for the community mail box of house I’m renting since the houses don’t have mailboxes. I showed up, told the lady the situation and after looking through old binders for a bit she couldn’t find my house number so she told me to go to the other USPS down the street… give them $35… come back to this building and she will give me the key but it wouldn’t work til she comes and keys it herself Saturday (sounds bogus right?). I followed her instructions and got a receipt… Come to find out I got back to her and showed her the receipt and she told me to keep it because she can’t give me anything yet. Now the story was that she will give me both keys when she comes Saturday personally and keys the box. I literally asked her if she could give me proof because what if she doesn’t show up??? She said “I’m going to show up,” and looked at me like I was dumb. Well I shoulda trusted my gut. Here it is 7:45pm Saturday and this lady never showed up!?!!! I’m fuming. So I’m taking my frustration out on this review, lol… Will update if this ever gets resolved.
***update.. after calling about a hundred times that Monday morning I finally got someone on the phone. The first lady I spoke to said she couldn’t help me unless I know the name of the person who helped me, so be sure to get that if you have to deal with this type of situation. Finally got to the right lady and she told me it “wasn’t her fault” that she didn’t come Saturday and ended up coming that day after her lunch break to rekey the box and give me three keys to the box. I’m grateful she finally came but this was the weirdest experience for an organization that you’d think would have a better system in place than this.

Don't answer the phone I've called over 10 times.

From reading the reviews sounds like this location needs an overhaul or just shut down completely if they can't get competent workers. The phone system leads to unanswered calls. Ridiculous! If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Got notices multiple times saying mailbox full and have to pick up in person. There was nothing in my mailbox. Carriers are just lazy

Please be aware on long wait times, I’ve had several employees walked right past me with no customer care or support. USPS please do better and provide the appropriate service that we pay for as customers. The logistic system is completely broken and needs to be re configured.

You CANNOT mail anything from this location. This location is pick up only.

We have missed more mail in the last 6 years of being serviced by this office than anywhere in the rest of our 40 years of being serviced by mail. Careless people.

I think everyone should be fired, don't know how to do a simple job deliver mail to the right place specifically when it's been paid for to be overnighted to me from here in Texas to Sacramento, California and been giving me the run around for over a month. Not able to Register my vehicles because they lost my titles. Now saying it's back at Sacramento when I had someone check and still not there. Tracked it but still no luck. Honestly all you workers are lame frfr.
