Pay for 3 day delivery and it takes 6. I will never use them again to ship packages. They are just not reliable at all, but they sure want to charge you up
FAILED AGAIN SINCE MY LAST RECIEW!!!
6/11/25. Mailed card for graduation, dropped it off IN the post office. It was never received. Waited 3 weeks to make sure it wasn’t just late. Man stay away from this location. The price of postage, cards and stop payment fees on check. Use another carrier!!!!! USPS has become ridiculously useless!!!

From someone that does thousands of dollars in business with this location a month I can say this location is amazing. They are always polite, work fast, and get my items out on time. I really appreciate everyone that works at this location.

One of the women that works there is rude and never can find a package that is there! When I see her in there I literally walk back out 60% of the time. She's the smaller Latina woman. I've come there after calling post offices and other places to confirm it's there. She can never find it and has a nasty disposition. The other places have had ro call to tell her it is there and miraculously she finds it. USPS sucks period but this location also constantly mishandled delivering items into our boxes on John T White. Do better! I try to come in there with a smile. The guy that's there and the black woman are helpful. Thank you both

I never get my package.! ALWAYS SAUD. MY ADDRESS IS WRONG.!!!!! Never buy again trough EBAY PRODUCTS WITH “DELIVER”. , I LOST TIME, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!

Package was supposed to be delivered to my door. The mail carrier didn’t won’t to deliver the package to the door. So she marked it as I requested my package to be held at the post office. Sorry lazy mail carrier they have. Lucky I can’t give out 0 stars.

Worst mail carriers I've ever had in my life. Two packages lost in the last 3 months because mail carrier is delivering to the wrong location. And the post office is set up to were customer service and claims aren't connected so I literally have to provide double the info for them to research.3rd package in a row that has been lost or wrongly delivered.

I had always used this Post Office with out any incident until recently! I was sending my mom a Birthday Box like I’ve always done. Typically 3 days it takes to get to her! I took the box “brand new” paid 15.25 and it was supposed to be there Wed. I took it Jan 29th on a Monday. My mom didn’t get her box till today! February 7th! She said the Box was opened, had a whole in it and looked like it had just been kicked and thrown around! I’m livid! I advise anybody to find another place to send your packages! If you as an employee don’t like your job, find another one! You don’t destroy someone’s box! It’s your job to do your job! I’m disgusted with this place!
