Worst mail carriers I've ever had in my life. Two packages lost in the last 3 months because mail carrier is delivering to the wrong location. And the post office is set up to were customer service and claims aren't connected so I literally have to provide double the info for them to research.3rd package in a row that has been lost or wrongly delivered.

I had always used this Post Office with out any incident until recently! I was sending my mom a Birthday Box like I’ve always done. Typically 3 days it takes to get to her! I took the box “brand new” paid 15.25 and it was supposed to be there Wed. I took it Jan 29th on a Monday. My mom didn’t get her box till today! February 7th! She said the Box was opened, had a whole in it and looked like it had just been kicked and thrown around! I’m livid! I advise anybody to find another place to send your packages! If you as an employee don’t like your job, find another one! You don’t destroy someone’s box! It’s your job to do your job! I’m disgusted with this place!

I am surprised that the reviews are so bad for this location. I have been coming here for years and never have a bad experience, everyone is always so helpful! Keep up the great work!

Cody went way beyond what service I’ve ever received at this post office and he has renewed my faith in people that care! A pkg was not delivered to my mailbox and when I went into ask for help Cody was kind, helpful and hopefully will lead to me finding the pkg!

Returned a medical device that was urgently needed to sender because they "couldn't verify address." It's the same address you always deliver regular mail to. This is ridiculous. Every time we have a package coming this kind of thing happens and we end up having to go and pick it up. Defund this postal branch and just let everyone go. They're not working anyway. This is now happening with the new shipment after they sent the last one back. You guys are worthless.

I’m sick of your mailman not leaving my packages at my door like I asked and continuously taking them to the post office like I don’t work a 8-5 job and again I’ve already stated this to them …do what people ask and if not include them in the new decision

Would not recommend this location at all very outdated. They don’t even print the labels to go on the packages. Customer service was terrible.

Terrible customer service. Slow employees. Long lines. Literally waited 20 mins in line. The lady behind the desk continues making small talk with each new customer that steps up as the line only grows longer. Zero sense of urgency.

Awesome post office! Extremely helpful personnel, clean and organized property, friendly customers, and fast service. I was impressed by this location! It's right off the highway on Handley, right next to Family Pet Care and Wells Fargo. Easy to access. Good parking. I'm a fan!!

Very bad customer service, and bad delivery. I was supposed to receive a package since Saturday, and until Wednesday next week I haven't got the package, the person who deliver the mail did not put the key for the parcel locker and someone stole my package and they don't even do any about it. The lady on the phone don't even care and talking to you like everything is okay , no worries about the customer package. Very bad customer service, USPS need to review the people the hire because they don't have compassion ont people , we can't trust you guys anymore.
